The donuts are delicious at excellent prices. One of my fav places.

Amazing donuts and service. I live in vassar and we come to Bay City just for donuts.

Some of the best tasting donuts you find anywhere. They are a little on the expensive side in my opinion to be a weekly or monthly stop. A standard bakers dozen (13 donuts) will run you just under $20. But for special occasions these are a great choice.

One big negative in my book is the fact that a standard donut with sprinkles (the type every little kid would want) is not available for selection under the standard dozen price. So you are limited to plain, glazed, custard filled or cream filled with chocolate or white icing.

We LOVE your doughnuts. Was very disappointed when we wanted doughnuts this morning (Wednesday at about 10am) only to find your doors locked! I really hope this is a temporary issue. Please let your customers know if you will be open again! (The sign in the window indicates that you should have been open.

The Apple Fritters are the BEST! A fun little place to visit but the doughnuts ROCK!

Went later in day where selection was at a minimum. However, the location is closer than Clare where the main store is. Still a decent variety but sold out of what I really wanted. Still will go there but got to get there earlier because they only get one shipment from Clare the main store.

I had a bad experience where my card was charged even though I did not buy any donuts. Even though I will probably not be going back, I do appreciate them following up on my first Google review and making sure my money was refunded. Guys, please work on your training. Who cares how the donuts taste if you treat your customers poorly?
