Had a great cup of hot cocoa here. Wireless internet was good for getting work done and reasonable amount of space in from and back. Only issue was the music. Too loud.

I worked at this location for almost two years, and in that time over 30 baristas came in and out of that store. The turnover is insanely high for so many reasons.
The wage is barely livable and you're lucky if you get 40 hours a week even as a full-time barista.
Schedules were always posted the day before they started, often times with gaps or scheduling people who had given advanced notice they needed that time off.
Trainees were given maybe three days of training before being thrown onto the line by themselves - which is what makes the wait so long by the way.
There was zero communication from management and when issues were raised to upper management they promised to look into it but changes were never made.
I understand this isn't the most important or impactful job, but I really loved being a barista. And I know so many other people who left who loved their jobs, but the lack of care and appreciation takes a toll. But Biggby's owned by Pavilion Ventures struggle for a reason - every cup says they "love the people behind their coffee", but what they really care about is the money, often to the point of detriment to their baristas.

I've only been through the drive thru and that can be a little awkward to get in and out of due to the cross section it sits on (fuller and Leonard). The drive thru window is on the corner of the building and can be missed if your not paying attention/your first time going to this location. Barista's are very friendly and professional, I enjoy their service.

The only Biggby in the city that I feel I can rely on. One of very very few places left where I can go before work or during my break without having to stress making it on time. Speed aside, the staff here is great!

The girl at the window was very rude and lied then proceeded to get an attitude instead of apologizing bc we paid for extra shots and it's not okay! I will be contacting the manager. And finding a different coffee place ❤️

I don’t know his name but there was an employee working the drive-thru who was one of the nicest people ever. He was so enthusiastic about his job and really lifted the mood! He also gave us a coupon. Sweet guy.

The slowest coffee shop I’ve ever gone to. I was the ONLY one in line then they waited for two more cars to show up, then they made drinks for all 3 cars and waited till then to make mine. The drink also tasted terrible. Overall, won’t go back to this place, even if I never have caffeine again.

Service was kind of slow… could hear inside the store in the drive thru order area…. Pretty loud… but the lady was super nice at the window (: good location also

Ordered 2 hot drinks and 2 bagels at 8:20am. 2 cars ahead of me both got 1 drink. Pulled up to window at 8:30, 8:40 they opened the window and said they were waiting on my bagels. 8:45 got my drinks, Luke warm. 9:00am I'm got my bagels. 40 mins?!?! Will never return to this place again. Look at all the recent reviews. Yikes.

My Iced Mocha latte was really tasty. The line moved a bit slow but given the employment issues right now it's understandable. Our barista was really friendly and patient as we had a few questions about one of the drinks we were going to order. It was also really nice of the person ahead of us to unexpectedly pay for our order 🙂. FYI, they're lobby is currently closed.
