I've been going to this location more and more since COVID began as it is generally the fastest of all the ones I have gone to in the morning! With only two people working and everyone only having the option to go through the drive-through during this time, they do a very good job of working through orders. Understanding is required during these times and anyone who comes through with group orders should expect a wait as trying to apply pre-COVID expectations on anyone is unfair and unrealistic.
I will say, the poor folks need a new toaster. It consistently burns bagels in the same spot, which has to be just as frustrating for them. So whoever takes care of managing their new equipment orders, they really DO need a new one.

Friendly staff and always great coffee. The drive thru is convenient, but slow at times. Biggby remains one of our favorite places to get coffee.

Friendly service but slow. Filthy carpet and dusty shelves. Peeling window decals. Front entrance should be power washed every year. Nasty looking stained concrete. Looks downtrodden and "used". Decor and lighting should be updated. Someone is not putting any upkeep into the appearance.

The coffee is expensive and its not all that they need to give better coupons in the mail and stop having employees at the window ask if you want to leave a tip ,if I wanted to tip I will tell them it is awkward to say no I don't I just paid for that expensive coffee

ordered a plain coffee and was continually asked to upgrade my order after saying no thanks just a plain black coffee several times. I puled up to the window to see the kid making my coffee and watched him pour my drink into a different cup. Tasted my drink and it for sure isn't what I ordered tasted like chemicals and I felt sick after.
needless to say I will never go there again.
