Staff is so friendly! Good coffee, nice vibe inside.

I must edit. Service has gone a bit down hill. I had points taken and also was charged with my frequency card. Last 3 times I've ordered a bragel its been cold. Staff hasn't been nearly as friendly, the girl today spilled coffee all over our bagels, forgot cream and didnt even say hello.

Love this place. Best coffee in town. Always quick and prompt.

Absolutely terrible experience! Very rude! Felt very rushed! Messed up my order! Also didn’t mention or give me my free shot! Wouldn’t use my coupon. Worst experience Iv had at any bigby in the area, not friendly at all! I’ll definitely be driving the extra miles to go to a different bigby from now on!

I have been here a few times over the years. Drive thru window is amazingly fast every time. Inside is exceptionally cold. Every. Time. For the first time I spoke up and pointed out that all seven customers are sitting in their coats...Even in front of the fireplace. Barista checked the thermostat and said it was at 68° where they keep it. She seemed concerned and walked around counter and stood for a bit, then walked back without any action (that I could tell). Twenty five minutes later, more customers and we are still sitting in our coats. My fingers are turning blue- not kidding and I am always hot. I felt compelled to Review the situation. Good coffee, but not a comfy atmosphere with the cold. Later hours in Mason would be nice too.

Customer service was alright however several times my drinks have been terrible. My hazelnut latte had no flavor and the regular coffee taste watered down. Please get this together and I would give 5 ⭐️

Terrible visit, again...We went into the store so we could avoid any mistakes...the last 2x I visited the Mason location on the way to Lansing for shopping I got waited on by same girl, (cow nose ring) she is rude and an unhappy worker. She was so rude to me cuz she messed up my drink order, my Turkey everything havarti bagels were also chewy and cold-- My daughters face went white bcuz she saw this girl so mad at me and started slamming stuff n whipping objects loudly. My daughter was a lil scared, she wasn't sure what was wrong or if I was gonna spin out on that girl for being so rude.. Dont let me bore u with details, this complaint has more to it, but not gonna pick it apart...In the end- The mngr fixed the transaction , as I was also overcharged- but still I am extremely offended. As much business as I have done with Biggby ,(most locations know me) always an easy $25.00 bill w/ visits 2- 5x a week. I'm terribly offended by my customer service. I'm shocked for being treated so rudely. Other customers noticed the behavior of the employee also. Biggby used to be a happy place.. The kids that work there seem so angry lately.
So sad and disappointed....

Not usually a fan of chain places, but it is a great place to meet up with people. Good coffee. Feels like a hometown coffee shop. Long lines in the drive thru but they move pretty quickly.

The baristas here are always so friendly and create a welcoming environment, which is why I love to come here with my friends whenever we want a place to relax and catch up on life. Although, it can get really cold inside and the wifi isn't the greatest, so I don't recommend it if you need to get some work done.

Consistently excellent. The drive through makes getting coffee a breeze! Super friendly staff and my order is always correct. I feel lucky we have such a great Biggby here in Mason.

Like sweet potato on Thanksgiving but in the drinks? It is not bad, but it just has something a little off from the aftertaste of the potato (Sweet cinnamon spice latte). Gingerbread man is personally a better choice.
