Aldea is a unique, warm and welcoming coffee shop with family friendly seating, games and books. Ethically sourced Coffee, tea, and baked goods are among the tastiest in the area. This is a popular local hang out for everyone - retirees, students, remote employees (free wifi and sensible plug locations), and families with kids. Hard to go wrong!
Note- One draw back for folks trying to work here is the open floor plan and cavarnous ceilings. Bring your headphones as noise travels!

Awesome coffee and an incredible atmosphere! Bummed because of COVID we couldn’t stay long, but I look forward to going back!

Coffee had a delicious rich and full flavor. 10 oz size for all. Beautiful indoor area with modern design. Small outdoor area to sit. Staff were kind. I tried an iced mocha.

Great place overall. The inside has a cozy atmosphere and lots of seating options. They have a few tables outside as well. We got tea and coffee, and both were prepared nicely and tasted nicely. We tried three different dessert options, cranberry scone, peanut butter cookie and pecan maple cookie. All delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The coffee was wonderful, unfortunately like many other “artisan” coffee shops they refuse to offer non-sugar or low-calorie sweeteners. Places like this are just to boujee for their own good.

I can't wait to go back. It was bright and cozy at the same time. The Cafe Miel was tasty.

Aldea coffee is the combination of amazing service, gorgeous atmosphere, and outstanding coffee.
When aldea was getting their own place not right next to a bar I was stoked. Coffee shops always need their own atmosphere you can chill at, and I was lot let down. Aldea is adorable and it matches the taste of their amazing coffee and service. I cannot wait to go again.

The good people from Aldea are still doing it right: the Muskegon location is serving great coffee, just as they do in Grand Haven.
This spot is much different than the GH locale: more of a hipster-trendy coffee shop with spacious room for spreading out to dig into your work or homework.
As always, Aldea sources the best coffees, mostly from their Central American partners. You should feel good that you're supporting sustainable growing in another part of the world, when you order a drink here.
The staff is nice and competent. Special shout-out to Daniel, who continues to be careful and expert at making a latte.
If you're a coffee lover and In Muskegon, you should visit Aldea. What are you honestly waiting for?

Comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere and delicious coffee drinks! We found this place just yesterday and thought it looked amazing inside and the coffee was just as good. I love the flavoring in he coffee does not take a way from the taste of their coffee because their coffee is just that good. My husband and I like to try out small coffee shops and spend some time there. We are looking forward to going back to hang out but also enjoy their coffee! Also great service!
