This place was ok, glad it allowed my puppy but being busy shouldn't mean unfriendly or rude. I ordered coffee and was there a while and needed a cup of water, I was pretty much told no due to busy orders. I am all for can you give us 5 min or come back in a few. I was ended up given water but it was hot, so I'm unsure what was the purpose.
Other than that my pup was given a pup top and the water looked liked it was contaminated.

Napali Brew and Macha latte is my favorite. Staff is very friendly and the shop is very clean. It is a good place to hangout or do some study or work. It seems patio table is available during the summer season.

I was glad to finally have a genuine coffee experience during my trip in Michigan. A lot of places nearby sell "coffee" but nothing quite like this. The staff helped me make up my mind and it was a pleasant stop. The coffee was nice, rich, and not too sweet. The only downside is the weird parking lot meters. I wasn't sure if they were being monitored or not since they all were blinking. I waited for the 10-15 minute parking spot to open just in case.

The kind of coffee shop you expect in a college area. Not in a negative way. Great atmosphere, kind and helpful employees, service was quick and friendly. I tried the iced caramel latte and it was delicious as well as a traditional drip coffee that was also very good. They have good quality of coffee and coupled with the service and atmosphere I would highly recommend.

I went to Sweetwaters by EMU this morning for the first time and ordered food and coffee only to then find out I didn’t have my card to pay. Without hesitation, the barista said “well at least you can get you your coffee.” While some businesses would possibly fire such an employee (please don’t!), this small gesture will keep me coming back more than I probably would have before. Thank you for your kindness!

Quaint little place and top notch service!

Service was wonderful and friendly however the drinks were a notch below average. Menu didn't have many options for anything too special with most drinks geared towards teas, cold brew or coffee based specialty drinks (vs espresso). Tried an iced dirty chai which was a very weak chai flavor and a vanilla cream cold brew which was very sweet and watered down somehow. Not expecting to return to Ypsi but if I did, would probably try a specialty tea or whatever is the most popular as I can't imagine what we had would garner a 4.7/5.

Pictures of sandwiches they do not have. I cam for breakfast and coffee. They had coffee and pre-made cafeteria like snacks.

Great little coffee place. They were hosting a group of local artist and had they art on the walls for sale. It is nice they work at being part of their community. Oh and their tea was HOT. 😍. The place seamed to be LBGTQ friendly.
