Caribou Coffee

I love caribou and this is where I go everytime i want some. So i have heard they can mess up your order with a ratio of 1:20. It is pretty rare but you never know.

Swung through the drive through for a couple of coffees last week and I will never make that mistake again. Not only was I so agitated as I drove away, but I did something that I never do, I didn't tip.
The girl at the window asked, & asked, & asked, & tried to guilt me into making a donation of money or by purchasing a bag of coffee that I don't need. She got more and more rude as this uncomfortable conversation went on.
I donate when I CHOSE TO & to organizations that I CHOSE, I don't need to be harassed...won't be stopping here again!

Typical Caribou, decent amount of seating and WiFi if your planning to hangout. Staff has always been friendly and completed my order quickly.

Did a drive thru order. Was ready in less than 8 minutes. Cheerful staff.

"Thank goodness they open at 530! Wish they were open later though. The girls are nice here." ..... they are now only open at 530 when its convenient. Stopped by 3 mornings in a row at 615 am and they are still closed, no lights no open sign.

This store recently got a new Manager. To be honest Deb was OUTSTANDING and this new girl is just not cutting it. She is rude to customers and to her staff. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.

I go here a lot, they call me a regular... lol Well, that's because they have great coffee and the service is good. No complaints here.

Great location. The patio and fountain make a great setting for reading or doing work while enjoying matcha green tea cooler during the summer.

Friendly staff and they are consistent with the taste of the drinks they make. There is a nice outdoor deck seating area with a fountain pond for relaxing on nice days.
