Caribou Coffee

Used to have good experiences here, struck out the last couple times. They were out of my favorite sandwich last time (by like 10 am on a weekend) & today it was taking them about 5 minutes per car in the drive through from time of ordering to leaving. Maybe the person working was new because she was not at all personable. Still convenient with the drive through!

I always love this Caribou because the staff makes personal connections with their customers. They are also knowledgable about all of their menu items - which is super helpful for people who may not know what to order when it comes to coffee (trust me, I know it can get confusing with all the different drink names and combos you can get). Although their products are great, sometimes the service is slow - especially on the weekends. So, I would recommend not going through the drive-thru and going in instead. Will save you lots of time doing it that way.

Normally this is an awesome caribou, but today must have been a really BAD day. Had to tell the girl 3x my order, and it wasn't even busy....then when I told the girl my tea tasted like flavored water she rolled her eyes....so I took my $3.21 flavored water and left...wasn't about to get into it with what looked like a 16 yr old girl....sad...just sad.

I ordered my coffee online and chose ASAP and drive through options and was waiting about 10 ! minutes before can get it. Even I was 1st in line at drive through.. Manager was unhelpful in that situation when I tried to explain my concerns.

My daughter loves this place. It has a drink selection that she can easily order from. That’s not always the case at other coffee shops.

This is by far the best caribou i've been too! Their drinks are made to perfection, the staff is so friendly and funny, super helpful, and the food is amazing! Not to mention how freaky fast their service is! Love that place! :)

We visited this location as our first time to Caribou Coffee. We ordered a simple iced latte and a decaf coffee. The latte tasted like the coffee had been burnt. We waiting for about 10 minutes for the decaf coffee while the staff disappeared into the back room so finally I approached them to see if we were waiting for a new pot to brew or something of the like and it turned out they had just forgotten to pour it for us. There were only about 3 other people in the place at the time so not sure why it was hard to remember two simple coffees. Will probably try Caribou again but not this location for sure.

Extremely disappointed in the service provided here !I came here at 6:30 in the morning after getting done with work ,excited to get a cup of coffee, and the drive-through attendant had an attitude because I asked her several times what the cost of the coffee was. Little did she know that I am 10% def in my ear and I struggle to hear what people say. But that’s besides the point, it’s called customer service for a reason. I myself have worked in retail, and I know we can have our off days; but as soon as you walk through those doors you leave those issues outside. For a second I actually felt ashamed for being hard of hearing, but now I feel the attendant should be ashamed or her attitude( oh and she was doing a lot of huffing in annoyance, rolled her eyes several times, and snatched my money out of my hand). I will not let this ruin my day but Caribou coffee you lost a customer due to the poor attitudes of your employees.

Turns out turtle mocha is snickers-less, replaced with toffee like topping. Disappointed, but theres always coffee)
