The Uganda blend is the most flavorful bag of coffee I’ve had. Staff are friendly and the drinks are top notch. This place is a gem.

I've decided that microroaster coffee shops are the way to go when it comes to finding that perfect cup of miel, and bootstrap did not disappoint. The lady had a great positive vibe, and the back room was a nice place to get work done. Would be nice to add more seating.

I hope you guys open a location in Lowertown near Mears Park! Great coffee, love shops that roast and test their own beans — adds some character to the whole vibe and it's cool to buy from a local place instead of shipping from out of state. I like the Nicaragua I'm drinking right now. Excited to break open the bag of Ethiopian later this week for Thanksgiving morning. Happy to have discovered this place! Great 3rd wave roastery in STP.

I just love Bootstrap!!! I pick up my Brake Bread order there every Saturday and usually end up getting a coffee and/or a delicious ham and cheese croissant. The baristas are fantastic as well!

Never heard of these guys before, but I received a bag of the DIY Espresso as a gift, and I'm totally blown away! Love it! What a great roast. You definitely have a new customer!

I’ve tried to like it. I have never had a worse cup of coffee outside a car dealership. I am astounded they roast their own. Do they brew their beans with dirty dishwater? I’ve tried it a few times andnits just awful.

Amazing staff, honest and conscious coffee, knowledgable roasters and owner, and beautifully nested in a neighborhood I grew up in! Their Blue Collar Blend is such a solid roast.

They have the best coffee and ordering online is a snap. I get a drink and beans to go. They’ll grind the beans so I can enjoy for a few more weeks before my next stop.
