Treats

Treats showed excellent customer service during this quarantine. I called to request a large order of milk teas and needed them to be delivered to a local hospital. I spoke with the owner who offered to have a staff member deliver it personally to avoid the high costs of a delivery service. She helped me to select a great variety of beverages and even threw in a discount. I totally love supporting this local business. Also I’ve had their cereal ice cream on a hot summer evening and it is DELICIOUS.

I’ll start by saying I thought this would be another gimmicky ice cream shop that was all show and no taste, but I was proven wrong because the ice cream and bubble tea that I ordered all tasted good!....Treats is definitely a good addition to the Grand area.

Beyond the flavors and taste the vibes, and atmosphere of the place are on point, and the only minor set back is the huge lack of seating on the inside however they have an outdoor patio which really sets the tone for a good time...

The prices are also pretty HIGH end but the options and variety of flavored cones to cereal infusions help to balance out the hit to my wallet!

***if your getting ice cream the red cone is my favorite thus far!

If you love ice cream, waffles, cereal, and bubble tea, you gotta check this place out. It's a great place with fun flavors and combos! So far only had their milkshakes and hot chocolate and they hit the spot!

One of the owners of Treats MN contacted us about our experience and I'm updating my review. She was very kind and asked us to walk through our experience and apologized for what happened. She even asked for suggestions based on our experience. The effort she put in and reaching out means a lot to us as customers and we thank you for it.

One star. To be fair, I did enjoy the ice cream, it's not my first time visiting, but it may be my last. Waiting an hour for ice cream when I ordered online is ridiculous. To top it off, being blatantly ignored by staff is simply the cherry on top. Their online ordering is an absolute atrocity of a joke. We ordered online, arrived, were blatantly ignored, and got our ice cream an hour later. My recommendation - go to Cafe Latte down the street.

Nostalgic ice cream treats but make sure you bring a mask or you’ll be yelled at loudly by an 18 year old with a partially shaved head on a power trip. She will try to assert her assumed authority over you by talking down to you in a rude and demeaning manner. But, the ice cream is good and the rest of the staff is pleasant.
*note* I had first hand experience with the angry little woman as well as watched her treat multiple others like that.

I've been here several times now, tried many different shake flavors, and it is always just the perfect treat. Such a wonderful fusion of cereal and ice cream, it is a perfect confection. We legit went three nights in a row after trying it the first time. Such a fun idea, and masterfully done to keep me coming back again and again.

Heard about this place through a friend and thought we’d go check it out. It’s a really cute little shop and the ice cream was really good! We were skeptical about the cereal in ice cream but we really enjoyed it and it was different from anything we’ve had before!

Do not go to the way store early in the morning. The waffles that I got was really delicious. however I didn’t get the exact drink that I wanted with boba. I instead was offered Crystal boba due to the boba being ready a hour later. Oh and everything was so expensive too.

My first Boba Tea experience and I gotta say I was impressed. I had the watermelon with watermelon jelly things. I also had Lucky Charms and Cinnamon Toast Crunch infused in my ice cream which was great. Outside patio is nice for people watching. 10/10 great place to go.

OH MY WORD!!! I was transported bank to my youth-ice cream mixed with my favorite cereals! I was about 6 years old the entire time my pup and I enjoyed our respective treats. (They have something they call a "pup cup", which is am adorable cup of whipped cream!👅💦)
