Shipley Do-Nuts

Knocked several times 30 minutes before lobby closed because doors were locked. I was clearly ignored right until I was fed up and turned away for my car. Soon as I was walking to get into my car did someone even look up to see who was knocking. Terrible 1st encounter with a shop that was so highly recommended verbally from friends.

Great Customer service! But when I come into a donut shop, I do not want my donuts already pre-bagged..... which means they were already sitting up there for a while.... on top of that the donut holes were over cooked and hard!!!! She didn’t attempt to give me any fresh donuts!!!! Look like it’s a new place! I grew up on Shipleys out of Hattiesburg Ms.... but these donuts are not the same like they use to be! Guys do better please and I’ll come back

i have been here 3 times and each time the donuts were fresh and the coffee was great.

the people there are very friendly and very helpful. they have great donuts and i recommend this place to anyone who loves some fresh donuts.

Go through the drive through and there is a chance you won't get entire order and blame you for it. Then when asked if you would like that item the attitude comes off as if you were just trying for free food, even though you paid for it. Donuts are great. Smoothie was chalky.

The best donuts in the southern region of the United States. You can't go wrong with these donuts, and the other baking goodies at Shipley's. I wish one was in Atlanta.

A must stop for travelers. Cute, polite kids work here. A safe, very clean shop. The doughnuts looked appealing, the coffee was hot, and the service was 5 stars.

I would have given y'all 5 stars, but the lady gave us cream filled bullseye's instead of the peanut butter cream bullseye's. Oh well. Still delish!

Someone told me these donuts were best he ever had ,only thing I saw was different was that there wasn't a line the lady there was friendly helped me with my order ,and I left ,donuts were much better or worse to me ,only difference I took from them ,were they were a different shape ,were glazed like other stores,they were iced instead ,had different toppings on each

I am not much of a sweet eater , but their donuts have a different tasty taste and are always fresh. As a customer it is important to experience a friendly staff and Jay the manger ! Thank You !
