Another Broken Egg Cafe

I was promptly greeted at the door and was asked if I wanted a seat at a booth or at the bar. I chose the bar and the service was excellent.
The Cajun skillet is good.
This location is great due to all the walking around and shopping you can do after breakfast.

Went again when I was in Jackson, MS. This time I had the Southwest Scrambler with City Grits. I highly recommend.

Exceptional Brunch menu. Customer service is top notch. The Food was temp appropriate and very tasty.

The place smelt like weed when I went in there the bathroom was not as clean including terrible customer service didn’t even offer a drink while waiting. Sat there for over 30 min the wait was so long I left.

Overall presentation was very nice. We ordered the margi Gras omelette, country potatoes, and the hashbrown Benedict. The food needs a little more seasoning, it was a little bland. But decent and good amount of food for what you pay. We also ordered the lemon blueberry mimosa and it needs to be a little more mixed up so the sweetness is evenly distributed. The sweetness just stays at the bottom. We also ordered the spiked vanilla cold brew. If you like coffee it’s good, could use a little more vanilla taste to it. Overall, good food, good presentation, but everything could use a little more flavor.

Server Jermiracle was awesome and food was perfect. All staff members were super friendly and helpful. Place could be cleaner though, but otherwise lovely.

Wonderful as usual, I ordered the shrimp and grits on recommendation. Prompt and attentive service with delcious drink options. The mini beignets with the honey marmalade were fantastic! Come see Cedric at the bar, you won't regret it!

I can't say much about the food bc I didn't try any. The two times I've tried to visit they had a line out the door. The second time the hostess kept saying the kitchen was behind but there were people waiting at the door while there were empty tables for more than a 10-12 min time frame. Seems like the staff doesn't really want to service the crowd so they discourage patronage in ways like this.

Both the Ridgeland as well as the Flowood locations are consistently two of the busiest brunch places in town. They don't take phone reservations, but joining the wait-list using the Yelp app is highly recommended.

The brunch special Manhattan is a little on the sweet side, and the blueberry mimosa is refreshingly delicious. The biscuit beignets are great to both start off as well as a finishing touch. I enjoyed the Hey Lucy Omelette that's filled with chorizo, onions and green chillies, topped with fresh avocado slices, and paired with spicy salsa, sour cream and English muffins. It was sumptuous.

My husband brought me this morning for breakfast. This was our first visit. Our waiter, Matt, was EXCELLENT!! He answered every question about the menu we had and made suggestions of what we should try. The crab cake benedict was delicious!! It came with grits which I upgraded to city grits, which were very creamy from the Gouda. I appreciate the bacon bits with large chunks of bacon on top. I also had the lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes. There were bites of blueberry in the pancake mix, very flavorful. The biscuit beignets were sweet, but not too sweet. We ordered a few adult beverages and my husband noticed an ingredient was missing from his mule, grapefruit juice, and Matt remediated the situation immediately. We will definitely be back. This was the best breakfast I’ve had in quite some time from a restaurant.

My first visit was on 3/14/23. Corey,Will and Darnell were the best!!! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome! I will be visiting again
