I love this little restaurant. It is so quaint, down to earth, great salads, food and the atmosphere is wonderful. You are able to sit outside and enjoy the weather while enjoying your food or eat inside as well. There service is fast. Great place

This place is a bit or miss. Depends I suppose on who's on the floor that day. They used to hit home runs often, these days down to singles and doubles.

Catering Experience was BAD... We had already ordered Bread Co for 3 training sessions. We had 8- 24 people in the first 3 classes with no issues. today I put my order in at 9:30 for a 10:45-11:00 order (as we did in the past) this gave us an hour flex time to work with. I entered my order and went to my 10:00 meeting. They apparently canceled my order at 9:55 am because they were too busy to fill a 19 person order. I go to my 11:00 training class to find out there was no food and that they canceled it. We called and they where unapologetic saying that they needed 24 hours for this type of order (this does not state that on the website). How do they get away with blaming the customer?! We spoke to both the restaurant and regional customer service and got the same answer. We have 8 more classes and they just lost all of our IT and Training catering business from a Fortune 250 business. Hello, Jason's Delli!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered deliver at 11:30am with a delivery time of 12:20pm. Called at 12:40pm to see where my food was, and was assured that my order was on the way. It is now 1:30pm and I just received a confirmation email that my order was successfully cancelled even though I never cancelled it. What a joke.

Worse than other paneras in this area. Service is slow and they don’t have enough people working in the kitchen. They don’t bother take one or two seconds to pull the chicken apart for my frontega chicken sandwich rather just leave ONE big chuck of meat in the sandwich. Turned off my appetite immediately. Worst I have seen in years. I have been a Panera customer for 13 years, and I can see a trend of declining quality

Poor service I go to STL Bread Co alot and this one is NOT at the top of my list! Brought 2 family members with me that had ate here 1 time (at a different location) & had a bad experience. We were rushed from the start and when we got our orders they were not right and we were missinga sandwich. When I told the lady making the food/handing it out she might as well of called me a liar! I told her it was supposed to be sausage instead of bacon so she slung the incorrect sandwich into the trash with attitude and stated she would make a new one. We waited 20min she then asked what we were waiting on so we told her and then stated she gave us that sandwich (the 1 that was wrong) so she wanted to check our bags. She ended up finlay remaking it correctly.

I ordered for curbside pick up, I think. The app is a little confusing cause I could have sworn I chose curbside pick up. I waited for 15 minutes in a curbside spot, I watched the barista bring out coffee to numerous cars and I was kind of upset for waiting so long. I got a confirmation email for my order and it gave me the option to click "I'm here" . I clicked "I'm here" , and It said we will be with you shortly. Eventually I walked in and picked up my order . I've been to this location a few times , and the coffee is weak. I recommend the valley location.

Bought lunch there today. Fast service, but no place to set. They have pads to place more orders faster, but it can't handle the capacity. And as with all Breadco's there were customers setting with an empty glass of tea playing on their laptop while others could not set to eat...bad idea!

Despite the busyness of this popular location, the service was very fast, the food was good, and there was still room enough for all 8 of us to sit. The floors were dirty and some of the tables were dirty, but that is completely understandable considering how many people were there.
