Echelon Coffee

Bright, high-end feeling coffee shop at a busy intersection in Springfield MO. Not crowded. Plugs and wifi for my laptop. Breakfast and Lunch served all day. Ordered a mocha and it was quite tasty. Outdoor seating available. If they added whole grain bread and wraps it would be even better.

In town visiting and hoped to find a quality coffee shop, and found it here at Echelon. Staff was fantastic and I loved the enthusiasm when I asked about the espresso machine. The barista was incredibly proud of the amazing machine. My cappuccino and breakfast taco were excellent.

We hit the drive through in the a.m. Huge menu. We just needed coffee. Fantastic service. Great coffee.

Typical coffee shop but also with a food menu. Pastries looked good.

Nice coffee shop on the Ozark Coffee Trail. The black coffee with cream was really good. Also enjoyed the cranberry energy bite I chose. The shop is a bit awkward to get to and out of from the street.

Coffee was good and the ate the bagel sando so fast I forgot that I even got one. Cookies were also pretty darn good.

They have great pour overs here! They roast their own coffee locally. I tried the Rwanda and it is smooth, light and floral. Not bitter and not sour, perfect balance. The atmosphere inside is very calm and clean.

The coffee is good and all the baked goods and other items look delicious! They have some great unique drinks and a terrific atmosphere! Everything fits together and looks very modern and clean and warm and inviting at the same time. If I lived in this town I would spend a lot of time here. Love this place!
