Muchachos

I wanted to get out of my office for lunch today, so I took a quick walk over to Muchachos and ordered the chicken queso nachos with "The Works" salsa options to-go. My food was ready in under 5 minutes, despite having a pretty full restaurant, which was impressive. I was really impressed that they packaged the queso and all of the salsa options seperately so that the chips didn't get soggy! The food was really tasty and flavorful and the portions were big enough that I couldn't finish everything. I can't wait to go back and try some hatch mac next!

Stopped in for some food and a beer before the game. Great service, even better food. Come here and eat. JUST DO IT!!

Staffs pretty nice food is of good quality but everything on my plate was cold. Drinks were very good but no hot sauce for the bloody Marys, though still very good.

Food was legit, good atmosphere, fair price!

Awesome tacos!!!! I had the 3 meat plate it was amazing! All the meats are cooked perfectly and are very flavorful! The salsas are so unique and I couldn’t get enough. I lived in New Mexico for a year and it really reminded me of that area. I can’t wait to go back! Oh and the prices are pretty cheap for the portions.

I would have given Muchachos fewer stars, but because they are local and recently opened, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Atmosphere isn't too drastically different from Method, which is great!

The service was fine.

I ordered the brisket one meat plate for carryout. Calling it a meat plate is being pretty generous. The portion was incredibly underwhelming. It was MAYBE three forkfuls. I just may have been unlucky, but I hope they figure things out.

We purchased two rice bowls and an order of chips and queso. The rice was either barely cooked or old, so it was hard and crunchy. The beans were overpowering and the chicken was dry and chewy, also seemingly old or left out. The queso the chips came with was bland and looked equally as old as everything else. It needed to to be stirred and looked like it had been sitting for a long time.

Try the meat plate and you will not regret it😍

You all need to get to Muchachos! I'll admit I was skeptical of a New Mexican restaurant that did not have flat enchiladas with an egg on top...however their green chille was on point and their brisket is AMAZING! Also, the servers were super nice. So glad we went.

Cozy coffee shop vibes in the morning that seamlessly transfer to a hip and quaint lunch/dinner spot.

Breakfast tacos were on point and outlet were easy to reach for a perfect spot to eat and get some work outta the way

Evenings food was awesome. Hatch mac was delicious and the liquor menu was the perfect size. Good choices and TASTY

Friendly staff. Welcoming to everyone and they support Lincoln small business

Will be coming here MANY more times
