Left for work 30 mins early to wait in line at Scooters! But they had the line moving so quickly I didn't even have time to play on my phone! :) The staff was super friendly and made sure my morning started off right. Thanks guys! Great job!

Scooter's coffee is consistently good.

I stop in to this location every time that I drive through town. I have also been to Scooter's Coffee in the Kansas City metro area. Consistent flavor, consistent quality of food, and great training for their staff.

You won't go wrong here.

I paid $8.45 for a single coffee and never got it…they weren’t super busy and apparently just forgot about it…seems like you could expect better from a well known chain restaurant

Ordered 2 blended carmalicious. One small
one large. 2 bacon chiabatas and a cake pop. Waited 23 minutes for my order. Watched 2 staff members clock out and leave while there was a line in drive thru and 5 people in store waiting for drinks. No management in store on a Tuesday morning. The lady behind me ordered a red bull infusion and had to get back to work. I had to politely ask the barista to make her drink before mine so she could get back to work. The batista's were nice and well over worked. Poor management maybe?

Passing through North Platte, was so excited to see they had a Scooter's. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience & I didnt realize how terrible my drink tasted until I was already back on the interstate. I ordered a super skinny mocha blender, requested less ice & double blended so that it was runny. Also made sure to request it to be made with low-fat ice cream base. Clearly none of the above were carried out. It was very thick, obviously did not use less ice or double blend. Also it was obvious that it was made with the skim milk & not the low fat ice cream base. It was a total waste of money as it tasted so bad I could not drink it. I'm a huge fan of Scooter's, have frequented many, & am a near daily customer at the Norfolk store(s). I'm sad to say I wont be stopping at the North Platte location again in the future.

Came to up for an appointment thought I would stop and kill some time. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal everyone was smiling and helpful! The manager Nick was very friendly and professional. I will be back and bring my family and friends!

I would rate this a negative number if I could. Two times I asked for a 16 oz latte when ordering. Went up to pay and was handed a 12 oz latte. Complained, and the lady said our small is a 16 oz. Idiot. We have our own stand. How can someone working at a stand NOT know the difference between 12 oz & 16 oz cups??? And $10?? And NOT to make it right when we complained??? Beware!! Poor customer service!!

Customer service is lacking big-time. Girls are chatting between each other not responding to all the customer needs, made super sweet drink which I ask please don’t make it sweet. No sorry, no please I guess needs some training. Coffee beans ok.

Waited 30 minutes for my drink and had to ask them to make it. I think they should prioritize the people in-store over the drive-thru.
