Capital One Café

My brother & I Came to the Capital One cafe for a well earned cup of tea and even though it was half price for capital one card holders, when I presented my card card for payment I was kindly told By Karen that my order was “on the house!” My thanks & gratitude goes to a very kind Karen, Amanda and all her staff for a wonderful cup of tea! My brother &!I were super impressed. Thank you guys….. definitely worth the trip from London, England.❤️

Im from the Bay Area, and has always been curious about Capital One Cafes.
As I was strolling around Fashion Show mall, the signage outside the cafe that says “50% off all beverages for Capital One card holders” was just hard to pass. They are tied up w/ Peet’s coffee (and I love Peet’s!)
Very welcoming staff. The atmosphere is very modern & relaxing. There is a variety of seats inside. Whether you’re here for a meeting, or just wanted a change in atmosphere, there is a seat inside for you.
Also got a $1 apple pie w/ my purchase.

Coffee, teas, drinks and small light fare. A very comfortable place to take a break in the mall. Half off with a Capital One card.

Seating is nicely dispersed with a few private booths and semi private areas. If mall congestion and fatigue set in, this is a great detour.

The drinks are "peets coffee" brand which are quite good and similar to what you might find at Starbucks, although I believe with a fewer range of options.

And some really nice employees.

If you are visiting this mall you need to stop by this amazing coffee shop. They are very friendly and have such delicious coffee.

Comfortable seating, well-lit. Lots of areas for individual or small group activities. There's even a semi-private space for interviews.

If I could put zero stars I would. First, the coffee quality was unimpressive. The barista didn't want to give me cream for my coffee. I tipped both times I purchased, and the barista argued that his boss said that he was not allowed to give more than one ounce of cream. Secondly, I came here because I'm supposed to recieve half off for using my Cap. 1 card. The second purchase i was charged full price! I will never return here again. I had to go to Starbucks next door to get my cream. Unreal!

Nice staff, good service, good coffee and hot chocolate. Plenty of space. Prices are better than Starbucks.

This is not a bank. Sure it has an ATM but there are no tellers. I wish banks would just let themselves be banks as to not confuse.

This place is amazing. The employees are phenomenal and have the best customer service. They always bring a smile to my face everytime I stop by. They treat people often to coffee and the Cafe there is also fantastic. Half off the drinks with your capital one card and just over all, the employees make the visit worth the while! Thank you capital one team for being amazing!!!!!

It’s a lax atmosphere to read or study. Also, If you bank with Capital One, they give you 50% off of your purchase.
