I’m shocked at the number of 5-star reviews. Partage certainly fits the description of high end dining with its beautiful interiors and good service. However, it lacks elements that would classify it under “Michelin-worthy” fine dining.
The 9-course tasting menu was an interesting experiment in gastronomy that fell short of expectations. It felt disorganized and convoluted with odd flavor pairings such as the first course of lobster with pina colada ingredients. I was disappointed with many of the proteins - over cooked fish, oxtail croque monsieur that disintegrated from the fat, and duck that was tough as nails.
They sat our group of 8 at a booth. It bothered me every time they needed to replace utensils for those sitting on the inside. The utensils slid across the table and not even properly set. I know it’s a very minor thing but this is not acceptable for fine dining.
Finally, the menu doesn’t give any descriptions for the courses - just a choice of 5, 7, or 9 courses. Typically, a printed menu is handed at the end of dinner so you remember what you ate. This was not the case. Regardless, the meal was quite forgettable.

A French restaurant in Chinatown! This was my second visit to this fantastic restaurant! It was even better than my visit last Autumn.
We got the wine pairing with the 7 course (& added the foie gras). It was very filling. I learned last time that the largest course offering was too much!
Every dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazingly delicious. The foie gras was served over a thinly sliced Pineapple 🍍 and to die for. Have never had that fruit pairing before--bravo!
Every dish was great except foe rhe shrimp. That fell short and was dry and a bit tough. Both of us agreed it was the one low light.
The wines were all beautifully complimentary to each dish and very enjoyed! The sommelier did a superb job! 👏 We really enjoyed the wines+ !

The tasting menu is well designed. I like the scallop from the appetizer and the foie gras. It is authentic French and much better than some two star Michelin I tried in NYC.

Brava and Bravo to the Partage Front of House and Back of House team for creating and executing superb experiences! For our 6th Anniversary, we enjoyed returning to Partage.
We recommend Partage to friends and suggest you enter sharing kindness with the team with an open mindset for the seasonal / R&D tasting delivery.
Well done, Partage!

We both did the 9 course with a wine pairing. 6 of the 9 course where outstanding. The other 3 where great. The service was also 5 Stars never did we have to ask for anything. When our sparkling water was half full they refilled. Each course got a complete set of clean silverware. Although of the strip the meal was 5 stars and ranks in our top 100 restaurant all time. French European inspired with foams and unique spices and herbs mixed. Bravo Bravo

To say this is an experience one must not miss is a true understatement! Being a classically trained french chef, I may be biased, but I have been in many restaurants as a patron and chef, and Partage blew me away. They have three options, though we chose the most we could do and went with nine courses, plus the caviar. All for $185! I assure you it tasted worth so much more! This was a true treat! Our only mistake was scheduling a show after Partage because Partage IS the show! We made 5:30 pm reservations with a 9:30 pm show and were rushed. I suggest very slowly enjoying each course and sipping water. Embrace this experience because it is just that. If you need to tell them to slow down between bringing the next round, they will. You may think these high-end meals will not fill you, and you will be wrong! We were miserably in bliss! When I return to Partage, I will have nothing more than my pajamas planned afterward! The entire staff was extremely attentive with an eye to every detail. Our main server, Virginie, stole the show.
Virginie, tu as été un plaisir absolu ! Merci encore pour une soirée fantastique et une expérience merveilleuse! Je reviendrai!

Partage is an off-strip special for French food, offering several tasting menus to suit your stomach space. We had the 5 course with two appetizers, one seafood course, one meat course, and a dessert. The appies started with an Alaskan King crab and scrambled egg soufflé dish, as well as a squid orzo. The squid was perfectly tender and flavoured!
Our seafood course consisted of scallops, again, seared just right, alongside housemade purées and a fried squash blossom. The meat course was a steak dish, served with bone marrow jus and beautifully innovative potatoes.
And finally, for dessert, a strawberry dish with an assortment of sweet bites. A great hidden gem, with sophisticated execution — I highly recommend!

Amazing experience that will leave you full! The flavors are divine and the whole team works together like a family. I would also like to give a big thank you the Chef Yuri. Posting a few of the courses for a tease ✨️ 😋

Celebrated my wife's 74th birthday at Partage's Chef Table where we enjoyed a 9 course meal paired with 9 premium wines. The Chef's table was a private both directly in front of the kitchen where we watched the 7+ cooks work their magic. The 3 hour experience seemed to flow quickly as each dish was wonderfully presented and prepared by French Chef Yuri and his team. Chef Yuri grew up in the town of Beziers in Souhern France and we had fun sharing our travel experiences through Provence. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed each dish and the premium wine pairing perfectly complimented each food item. Our two servers, Daniela & Robert, were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Jeff, the runner, also knew intimately the items he presented. Nicholas, the Sommelier, was impressive in his detailed description of each wine pairing and patiently answered all of our questions. We highly recommend the Chef's Table for a special experience and we'll certainly return to enjoy their normal menu as well!
