Next Evolution Coffee Shop

I'm a very picky coffee drinker, and this shop nailed it! Smoothest, tastiest coffee I've had in a long time! They spread positive energy with inspirational messages on their drinks and throughout the shop. Beautiful place, and beautiful people! My partner and I would 100/10 recommend.

What a surprise to find a local coffee shop in the middle of the desert! They have a variety of coffees, teas, and juices, as well as food options. My own options were limited due to dietary restrictions--a wider range of allergen-free non-dairy milks would have been nice so I could at least get a coffee, but the demand is likely not there, given their location. I was able to try the power shot, though, which was something new. I also appreciate that they keep their washrooms very clean; big win!

We stopped at this cute coffee shop on a long road trip home. The service was amazing and the coffee and food were excellent. The best part were the positive words hand written on the food containers and coffee collars. You can tell this is a shop that cares about their customers and their community. Next time we travel that way we will be sure to stop again!

I'm a truck driver and stopped here on my way from Reno to Vegas. The coffee was superb and the service exemplary! I stopped again on my return trip and the girls had an envelope with "Nice trucker from Reno" written on it with a twenty inside. Apparently I had dropped a twenty dollar bill while getting my keys or whatever on my.way out the door on my first visit. My advice to all: DO NOT EVER FORGET TO STOP AT NEXT EVOLUTION COFFEE when passing through Schurz, Nevada on US 95.

Wonderful service, best food great coffee

On the long drive from Las Vegas to Sacramento, I passed by this shop in August. I didn't stop but really wished I had. So now, I'm on my way back and I passed by. And this time, I stopped. I am so glad I did. It was just an ideal coffee shop. I wish I had time and a book and I could have spent a day there. The ambiance is just wonderful. Andrea, the barista, was a joy. So nice. All that aside...I ordered a chai latte, and it was amazing. Actually the best one I've ever had. I feel like a paid spokesman, but I'm not - it was just that good. Such a great stop. Highly recommend.

Such a positive place to stop; well-thought out options at excellent prices, and sparkling clean. I am grateful to the women and their vision behind this gem. 100% going to stop in again on my travels.

First time eating here and the food and iced coffee were very good, I had avocado toast with cheese and jalapeños Yummy! You got to try it!

Lovely, spotless, great service, good coffee. Much needed respite in a small town. Adorable decor and very cool staff and owners. Definitely make the stop!
