The food is good quality, lots of healthy options. However, I've gotten meat in my food twice in the past month when ordering a vegetarian option (once bacon in a wrap that I ordered without bacon, and another time salmon stuck to the outside of my bagel). Pretty gross. They also miss/ignore things like extra CC on the side, etc. when it's clearly ordered on the app & indicated on the receipt. Frustrating when you order something to go, pay for it, and then get home and it's not there. I sent a message to corporate regarding the bacon issue weeks ago and did not get a reply.

Went in the other day & asked for a wrap. The girl that waited on me had a real attitude. She said they didn't do wraps and proceeded to give me tuna that seems like it had been heated somehow. When I opened the sandwich it was all soggy and I was not able to eat it. If I wanted a cold Wrap, why was I given a heated nasty soggy tuna sandwich. Bad enough to be treated rudely by the cashier but then to have to pay for a sandwich I couldn't even eat was too much. On top of that I used my debit card and was prompted to give a tip, no option to get out of it. So beware if you are paying with a debit card you will be forced to give a $5 tip for rude service. Not fair. Won't be returning.

Delicious food! I got the ham and cheese with the apples in it.
Staff was very nice. They also did a good job handling a situation with a woman who wouldn't wear a mask.

Absolutely the best sandwiches, whether paninis or the artisan! The staff makes it with much care, bread is fresh (and minimal) and ingredients inside are plenty, fresh and delicious. My favorite is farmer’s veggie & cheese sandwich. Love their chicken & veggie paninis too.

This place is like if Panera was actually good. Great fresh ingredients, full of flavor. I love the Kale smoothies (best I have ever had), but the smoked salmon cream cheese on daily house-made bagels is great too. This place has it all, from gluten-free bread to not-half-bad coffee, but go for the drip coffee as this place does not specialize in espresso at all. This is the place you show your visiting friends. A tad more expensive than some might expect but that's what you pay for good food made with these ingredients.

Decent food, pretty inside, but they SKIMP on their cream cheese. I don’t even get bagels there anymore because I’m disappointed every single time. You have to pay extra for a normal amount of cream cheese that most places would put on.

This is a great place to get food, fresh food. The atmosphere is relaxed and the people who work there are well informed about their work and making you the best bagel, smoothie or sandwich. Prices are great and worth every penny.

This is a casual place that serves breakfast all day, as well as fruit smoothies, sandwiches, and soup. The bagels are wonderful with the soft bite of a truly fresh traditional bagel. They describe their clam chowder as buttery, and it was that and tasty.

These dudes got some dope smoothies. I went there today with a killer hangover after some New Year's alcohol poisoning and the Tropical Sunset kept me together.
Also there's a bagel with cheese melted on top. Even though I'm lactose intolerant, I take a mind over matter approach whenever I come here because they use some of the best dang cheeses.
Pretty awesome spot.

If you're going to get lunch from The Works, please don't get the Bacon Avocado Quinoa Power bowl. I'm concerned that if enough people learn about it's magical flavors there won't be enough to get one for myself.
Really, these guys have been awesome for as long as I can remember!
