I really enjoyed the food especially French apple cake!!!

Wonderful all around, went the first week at their new Catskill location, only one bad thing about this place...we didn't discover it sooner during our vacation. The staff is all on point, friendly, welcoming and all taking a sense of ownership which is not easy especially during week one...kudos to them and the owners.
The space was also very nice, big room, high ceilings and rustic touches warm up this industrial spot.
The food was spot on, went for breakfast started with a couple pastries for the table to share and then some egg sandwiches and pancakes. I am a big fan on simple focused menus but only if everything is executed well and they did not disappoint. The quality of ingredients shine and the team back there knows what levers to pull in terms of sourcing and simple cooking. The potatoes were also the type of bites that you can't get out of your head. Some people say don't bother eating breakfast out because you can make the same stuff at home...after a few bites that notion will be challenged.
I believe this place was in Hudson for a short while and just reopened after a hiatus in Catskill. Not sure of the back story but wish them well and much success, people will search for good food and that and more can be found at this gem of a spot. I left with a few regrets, I wish I didn't live 3 1/2 hours away and I wish I got some of those potatoes to go.

The staff was extremely friendly. The space was well put together, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Got the granola, hash, pancakes. All were excellent.

This place was divine. A bit of a wait for the kitchen food during busy hours but well worth it. Got a maple latte half sweet and it was everything on this cold day.

We eat here about once a week. An amazing place and one of the best breakfast places in the Hudson/Catskill area. Really, Really good. And friendly too.

My family loved getting together here for a surprise birthday breakfast for my nephew. The menu has something for everyone! The food quality was exceptional! We tried almost everything on the menu! The staff is professional, gracious and warm. Merci Willa’s!

What a lovely hidden gem! Rode the amtrak to Hudson on Friday am and decided to find something to way before heading toward my final destination. Google recommended Willa's and I am glad it did! Located inside what looks like an industrial area, the Cafe is so cute and rustic! There were several tables and chairs and people sitting chatting and enjoying breakfast! My mother ordered the pancakes and she was still talking about them after we left! I had the breakfast sandwich as well as a side of taters! Both were excellent and the coffee was fresh brewed! My father asked for decaf and they made him a cup on the spot! Now thats service! We will definitely be back to try more things on the menu soon!

Local Catskill gem! A nice size cafe that offers outstanding breakfast and lunch items. Though not extensive, their baked goods are exceptional and fresh. Love it!

Stop wondering if u should make a pit stop and just take the exit

Strolled in on a Saturday morning. Great atmosphere ( in a historic building in catskill) , great food, and great coffee. Ordered a delicious smoked trout sandwich, service was fast and staff was friendly. Will definitely be coming back!
