I was so glad when the other store opened by tops. May be same owners but the staff is so much better than this one. I had to go there because I guess the other store is upgrading the espresso machine. My God it's like walking into a night mare. None of the staff on duty today knows what they are doing. I have to explain to them how to make a medium ice latte with 3 extra espresso..

Drive through is always slow have to leave extra early to make sure I get to work on time, arcade location is better, but still depends on the day.

Service is so so. They're slow. All the time. Doesn't matter if they're busy or not. 90% of the time you don't get napkins with your order. If you ask, you get one napkin. Almost like they have to pay for the napkins themselves so they ration what they give out. I don't know, I honestly think they're service sucks. Food is good. Comes out sloppy. But it's Tim Hortons and I'll always still go. And always still complain.

Tim Horton's in chaffee, great food and even better coffee. When this store first opened the service was top notch, however, now the wait time is terrible. From what I have observed the staff is willing to go the distance but they are not getting the proper training to be successful, and from what I could plainly see the manager was not willing to help. Hopefully the owner/ corporation sees this review and makes the necessary changes to improve this store as I am sure there are some customers just driving on by when the lines are long, and its not due to staff, it's needs management help.

It's good coffee and a nice place to meet friends. But be prepared for long lines in the drive through and inside during their busy hour. Make sure you double check your order, cause they can mix it up, but graciously give you the right one.

Went in drive thru and ordered 2 drinks and some food. Was in drive thru for like over 10 mims. They got the food right but they screwed up on the drink. Pop was super flat. Second drink was suppose to be tea but they gave us cold coffee with currdled creamer in it. Yes they fixed the order, but I wont be coming back to this Tim Horton's.

The lines for drive up window take a long time. They only take one order at a time and don't take the next order until the person ahead pays for, picks up their order and leaves the window.
Advise you to park and go in. It takes half the time.

Ordered a sausage and egg biscuit (as a walk in, not drive thru) and when I got home it had cheese. Back to the store toe exchange for one without cheese and quess what they placed on the counter.... yep another egg AND cheese, just 30 seconds after the lady said no cheese. So 3 time and they finally got it right. I guess they went down hill when they were bought out by Hardee's. So just make sure you check your order before you leave. If they did this IN the store heaven forbid if you were in the drive thru. Good food, just not able to get the order correct, 3 times.

Its Tim Hortons with out caffeine Lol not being rude but its very noticeable that the employees that work at this specific location don't like coffee or they are just worn out. everyone was moving at a snails pace there was no hustle and I am almost positive one of them. Began to glitch when giving me my drink. So if u like Tims but sometimes fear to even enter one due to the high energy fast pace order yelling establishment not to worry this Tims on Rt 16 in Yorkshire NY is the place to be

Typically, this location operates just fine, but this morning I ordered 2 Farmers Breakfast Wraps for later consumption. When I got to eating them, they were lacking the hash browns. I would have been ok if they asked ahead of time. Just disappointed today.
