Spot Coffee

I had bought three lattes that were not cheap and each and every one of them was watered down and tasted like bitter espresso. I had alerted a very nice lady working there that this had happened and I really wanted to continue to go to Spot Coffee, but also wanted a good cappuccino or latte. She had said she would leave a note at the front desk for a free latte. My son went in because I am disabled to get the free latte, but the manager told him no and said there was no such note and that she would have to speak with the owners and get back to me (via telephone when I called her). She offered me a drip coffee. I told her I spent over $15 there for lattes I couldn't drink. I told her I was disabled and hard to get out and that is why my son goes in and grabs the drinks for me. I always give a place a few chances. I also let her know that if she or one of her employees did not get back to me as promised within a week I would be writing a review. It has been over a week and not one person from Spot coffee has called me. I understand that she has to follow policy, but the customer service is just horrible along with their lattes. I cannot stand Yelp, but will be writing on that website next. From now on, will have to stick with wonderful espresso from Healthy Living Market and Cafe. Best cappuccino in town. A little far away, but no other choice at this point.

Great breakfast food all day and late into night closing at 10. Good drinks. Warm and cozy atmosphere. There can be a bit of a wait during peak times, but that's because it's worth it. Rotating monthly quesadilla and pizza options. Haven't tried one i didn't like.

It was a great experience. Coffee was fantastic. We were confused about what to get but Travis really helped us out and suggested some great flavors.

Coffee wasn't special at all. Not sure if I'll return. The beans made for a less than full bodied Americano, I actually felt I had to rinse my pallet with a cup of water. Service and food were good. My wife loved her waffle. I had the oatmeal and, other than it being microwaved, small portion, and not very hot, it was okay. Fruit topping was small but good enough. I had to ask for a tiny bit of granola and was told they would charge extra next time. Nice place, nice people, but Uncommon Grounds down the road has much better beans.

Great place! Amazing coffee and food is really good. I got the buffalo chicken quesadilla with greens on the side it was delicious! Free wifi, plenty of seats, my only complaint is that only half of the cafe seems to be heated, so if there isn't a seat available it's a little chilly.
Other than that, loved it!

Very cute coffee place in Saratoga. Enjoyed spending time here catching up with a friend while I was at a local conference. The coffee is really exquisite.....rich, strong and not from Starbucks. I liked the super casual atmosphere and the ample seating. I was a little upset I didn't come during the weekend for the waffle special.......I'm a huge waffle fan. That being said I'm excited to visit again because their breakfast waffle sandwich looks insane!

Mariah is a gem! She always remembers my name and really seems to like her job. And of course, the food and iced tea are wonderful. Erika is a great manager and her team is superb! This location is always clean and well maintained.

Not bad except outside tables have poor stability. Hot chocolate tasted like a powder mix. Egg sandwich large and very tasty. Friendly staff.

Love the young lady there"willow". She's an excellent person, good attitude, and quick with the orders.(makes for a warming experience). Hope they give her a managers position. I can see she's smart and is proud of who she is....SPOT COFFEE, people like this are what brings you the business. Reward those who are diligent in there duties!!!
