Super clean very nice staff. I love the fresh fruits and cold food bar. We all love the ice cream and the station where you can order fresh drinks served your way. Absolutely favorite part!!

This store treats regular walking customers [backpack owners] like trash. The employees are absent mindly disrespectful to complete strangers with perfectly good cash. I watched a male employee YELL at my partner for simply having a backpack on his back. Not even open, not even a problem. You employees think you are preventing loss. You now have lost my business, my friend's, and anyone else, i can tell to go use a different store. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I'll be contacting corporate as well.

I always try to keep my eyes open for the other customers since nearby neighborhoods some are questionable. They're treated respectful but they occasionally have attempted to shoplift and I bring it to the attention of store staff.

I love this store the workers are very nice everytime I am there and they're fast at getting me checked out. They have almost everything I need but the only down fall is that everything is way too expensive and need to be way cheaper.

No not only "Sheri the manage" very rude to the patron in front of me but when I mentioned using 2 cups because the leak all over my truck I was told " I don't care what corporate told you" and then told me I would have to wait a bit for condiments for my burger...4 people working. Just an over all bad atmosphere compared to the Copenhagen and lowville branches.

Some of the employees are very rude even i believe the manager. Ive been waiting outside for them to fix bottle an can machine for 15 mins an counting... im still a customer an i have every right as anyone else to be here an i feel like trash because they dont want to take 2 mins of their time to fix the machine...some of us peopke depend on these to be returned an in which gets spent right back in your store... they need to have the same commom sense to us to who have been waiting....
