Cornerstone Cafe & Coffee

As my wife and precious friend Sue sat and sipped lobster bisque today I realized how much I love this small town. What a phenomenal lunch we had! I tried the “On the Border” wrap and it was scrumptious! Will definitely be back soon and try more delicacies!!

I was looking a place for late breakfast so I stopped in this week. (don’t remember day)
The staff, service and cleanliness were great, coffee and bacon were also,
BUT the waffle tasted like a pancake, even with the pancake’s moist cake center.
I think there were advertised as Belgium. If I didn’t want a light crispy waffle, it was OK, but not what I would order again

Food, Service & $$$ FANTASTIC!
Found by accident, first time in Benson, NC.

Went here today for a late lunch with my boys and Grandparents!! It wasn't very busy at all and we pretty much had the whole back part to ourselves!! The food, coffee and service was OUTSTANDING!! Our waitress Taylor made sure we were comfortable and even took the time to explain all the different coffee options!! My oldest got the white chocolate frappe and said it was better than of the ones he had ever got from Starbucks! And a large is only like $5. We will definitely be back!!

This place has the best food for a great price. The decor is so cute inside. Staff is all very nice. Lunch time gets busy, but you can call ahead for take out if you’re in a time crunch. They have a great menu and very delicious specials. I’ve been multiple times and never had a bad experience.

Food is Delicious, Great Coffee Drinks and even better environment! Perfect place to grab a bite with friends or sit and complete work solo. Great background music and very friendly staff. Highly recommend if your looking for a cute space with good food, at a great price!

I stopped by this morning after getting off work and going by the library to pick up the book I had reserved, and I decided “let’s grab a bite to eat at this cute little corner coffee shop.” I went in, and was welcomed and told to sit wherever I liked. So I sat in the booth closest to the door. My server, Coral, I believe was her name, was super super nice and polite, and she gave off very good energy and vibes. After taking a few moments to look over the menu and decided what I wanted, she came back and I asked her about the soup of the day, and she told me it was (I believe it was called) the steak and ale chowder? It sounded pretty delicious, so I go ahead and order the combo of that and the 1/2 of a sandwich. I (naturally) ordered a grilled cheese. I sat there and read my book until it came out, which wasn’t very long at all! I started digging in, and the food was amazing!!! I will definitely be recommending this cute little cafe to everyone I can, and I will spread positive words about this place and their food! Yes it’s a bit pricey, but it’s a coffee shop, y’all. It’s not gonna be ‘McDonald’s’ cheap. I say it’s definitely worth it!!! 💙💜💚

The food is always delicious & relatively inexpensive. The staff is always friendly when I am in there & the place has a charming decor inside. I highly recommend the Cornerstone Cafe to anyone in the Benson area.

Good food friendly service, nicely decorated. Enjoyed the cinnamon roll waffle. Will go again and try more from the menu.
