Coffee House Diner

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at this location. 2nd shift had one waitress that seemed as if she had adult A.D.D. or maybe just very forgetful. The only other employee on duty was the cook. SLOW! This dude cooks one order at a time. Not one ticket, one order. I watched him myself. There were four plates ordered on my ticket with about five tickets ahead of mine. It was 52 minutes before we received our order, of which 3 out of the 4 plates varied from cold to luke-warm, the only hot plate being the last order on the ticket. They have an add in the News Topic needing cooks and servers on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Personally, I think that they need to hire 4 servers and 2 cooks. (2 servers and 1 cook for 2nd shift to replace the cook and server that were working on my last visit) and whatever needs to be hired on 3rd shift to bring the total to 2 servers and 1cook. That is all they need for those two shifts to handle the light volume during those hours. The key here is to hire DEPENDABLE, COMPETENT and CONFIDENT cooks that can cook an entire ticket at one time and not one plate at a time and servers who are inspired to provide excellent service to gain more generous tips. Your best bet for adequate staff and service is to visit during the 1st shift hours. Coffee House, do yourselves a great favor and check references and backgrounds and test the competency level of your new hire. Your business will suffer losses if you don't. After waiting for too long, a couple got up and left before their food ever arrived. The waitress didn't even know they left your restaurant. She was clueless and left their order on the table for over an hour. Your store lost out money on a cheeseburger, fries and a drink on one plate and a double cheeseburger, fries and a drink on the other plate plus the drink refill each had gotten. If I knew my order was gonna take 52 minutes to get, we would have left as well, sticking you with another loss (of $43.76 just on my bill). You need a Manager ON SITE AT ALL TIMES.

The staff is under trained and obviously lost.. was charged for something I did not order then literally had to prove it.. when you walk in, make sure to announce you are there or you will sit and sit.. and sit some more until you finally just leave. Because again, under trained staff. The 3rd shift cook would rather mop the same place for 15mins then go smoke instead of make food correctly.. this place used to be so good. Now it’s literally one more roach from shutting down. If you want a series of grease induced stomach cramps then this is the place for you.

Service was not that great. Had to get our own ketchup and salt. Drinks weren't refilled as they should have been. Food was good.

Food was very disgusting. Western omelet was very greasy. Hash browns were not fully cooked. Steak and cheese sub was dry

Very good food and service. Love the comfy decor and all the windows (hopefully clean). A real old time feel. Four stars for great food, service and comfy feel?!? Don't look down. The floor is in need of all furniture moved outside and the floor should be bleached, using comet and pinesol with hot water used as little as four times and then wax the floor until it shines. Do this and with such delicious foods and the wonderful service, I would say this could be a diamond in Cajahs Mtn.

Great staff, good service, good food and fair prices. Family friendly!

Food is decent, however the MANAGEMENT leaves much to be desired..does u no good to have new owners if ur not gonna replace and address the real problem. With the right manangement this little coffee house could boom! She is rude and nasty to her employees...and that makes ur employees unhappy and therefore causes service and food not to be up to par...jus some food for thought!

The boss Burger is the boss of all time. Hangover Burger equals double boss burger with hash browns, egg, slaw, chili, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup mustard with extra Grease. But don't thank me, thank Kyle the Skeez. And remember ladies, having less teeth doesn't make you less beautiful.

They seem to be a little understaffed currently but its my favorite place to go to with my boyfriend. He always orders the big boss burger and I get the chicken sandwich. Both are always really good not to mention the fries are delicious.

After cleaning church all morning. We started getting hungry. Coffee House was a good place to go. The food was delicious. It was nice to fellowship with church family
