Biscuitville is located on highway 601 in Mount airy North Carolina very close to many businesses. The parking lot is in fairly good shape, their doors are not handicapped accessible in any way so if you are in a wheelchair do not go to this business for food unless you're going through a drive-thru to which you probably are accustomed to how businesses operate.
Inside the business is almost always clean turn the tables to the floors, unless it's extremely busy you might get some crumbs or something possibly spilled on the table that they haven't got to just yet but it's usually over all clean. The staff this location has always been friendly and I've never had any issues out of any of them at this point.
The bathroom is very large accommodating for wheelchair except for the door obviously, it's been cleaned every time I visited this location, and the third taste the same almost everywhere you go and it's reasonably priced considering what everyone else charges. Personally I don't see how a small meal like this what charged almost $6 but other places charge 9 so..

Absolutely love this place. They make very good homemade biscuits in house.

I would eat here sometimes very early in the morning during the summers and always enjoyed my experience. Never a long line, food was accurate and hot, and the staff was friendly. I always love how Biscuitville has potato wedges which makes breakfast so much better!

Life is Peachy so had to come here For the Peach Muffin, Peach Lemonade, and Peach Tea and it was all so Good as was the Food in General. This Place is so much more than 5 Stars.

Sometimes you forget how much you enjoy something. Then you visit them and get completely reminded of how great they are. Its like Chick-fil-A but for breakfast. Great food and service everytime. Get you a honeybun now!

Pretty good biscuit. I got the spicy chicken with honey but there didn't seem to be much honey. The grits were ok.
I did love the service. Very friendly staff.

It's okay. The biscuit was good but the 'country ham' was just two very thin slices of ham which did not have the flavor of real country ham.
We would probably visit again but we would order different items.

I haven't had a breakfast like this in over 30 years and that was in basic training for the Army. The only good thing I can say was that the coffee was hot and the biscuit was warm. The eggs were cold and the sausage was dried out. I ordered ths ultimate breakfast platter with a side of gravy and never received it. This was my first and last visit.

Visited North Carolina from Indiana and went here all 3 mornings. Delicious food and muffins were warm and real fruit. Would love one in the Midwest!

Gravy was good, biscuits were hard. A restaurant called biscuitville should have edible biscuits.
