We had about an hour wait for our lunch. My falafel pita was stone cold and the bread either stale or toasted and cold. Not sure which. The falafel was very dry. The sandwich menu is predominantly chicken and turkey. Surprising for a "vegetarian" restaurant. The waitress was very pleasant... Thus, the 3 stars.

First time trying today! Super cute place not so welcoming atmosphere. Staff seemed to be having a bad day! Waited 25 minutes for to-go Ahi Tuna Poke bowl and juice with only one other two top outside. I had to politely ask how long it took after about 20 minutes. Ahi tuna bowl was ok, quinoa seemed old. Had to go back and ask for the sauce because they forgot to include. C bomb juice was delicious! Disappointed because I was really hoping to love this place!

We had a wonderful experience at Vine, I was excited to find a restaurant with fresh, healthy and nutritious options! The servers were thoughtful and welcoming and the atmosphere was soothing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for something that not only fills your belly but makes your body feel good too! Yum!

I had the Free Range Chicken and Applewood Smokes Bacon Wrap. It was delicious. Full of flavor and a very generous portion of chicken and bacon. The cheese was also very good. The side salad had a spring mix that was so fresh I could hear the fork pierce the lettuce. With flavorful tomatos and cucumber slices. I had a glass of fresh juice as well. The place looks great with very clean lines and a sharp simplicity of design. Bright white floor and walls highlighted by wonderful wood tones. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The outside seating area will be very popular also in the fall and spring months. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will be back.

Great chicken bacon ranch wrap! The chicken pieces were chunky, juicy and wonderful! My friends had the shrimp taco special and the fish taco special. Flavors were good, but the portion looked small to me. They were on special pricing today - taco Tuesday. Another friend had the seasonal fruit salad with chicken added and that looked great! Lots of walnuts, Mandarin oranges, cranberries and chicken! Two of my friends had chai lattes. One steamed and one iced. They both enjoyed them. They were made with almond milk! Yum!

Butternut squash ravioli is great! I stop there routinely and bring home yummy food with a homemade taste! I have also ordered takeout for out of town guests while they are visiting with me –sometimes we would just rather not have to cook! All of my guests have enjoyed the food I brought in from the vine and the staff is always friendly.

The ambience of this place is pretty cool. It's awesome to finally see New Bern with a healthy alternative! The menu has a great variety and the employees are friendly. I ordered the Recovery smoothie and it tasted great.

Only downfall I would say is the seasoning of the food. My wife ordered the bbq jackfruit sandwich and mentioned that it wasn't as spicy as advertised.

First time I went there the food was wonderful and looked forward to returning! Today I took my sister there for her birthday and was disappointed. The tables were dirty, salt & pepper shakers hard to find and unfilled when found. The steak was tasteless, the potatoes way under cooked, the salad limp and old. I'll go back some day but, after talking it up so much, it was a let down today. Girls behind the counter - talk less, clean more!!

Fish taco was good, but I didn't like the shell. The sauce taste a little weird to me. Customer service experience was amazing Ioved the Atmosphere.

I really wanted to like this place. I’ve tried twice now and they are just disappointing. The staff is nice but orders take FOREVER I waited over 20 minutes both times and when my food was ready the 1st time the smoothie was totally watered down, the veggie burger was under cooked (not warm in the center) and it was missing the sauce it was supposed to have on it. The 2nd time they took so long to make my order (a smoothie) and charged me for stuff they didn’t even offer so I just left.
