Biggby Coffee

Thank you for the service and the kind attention that I received as a customer always with good spirits and energy, I love to see how the managers get involved with their customers with a lot of enthusiasm. There are very few places where the manager interacts with their customers and by the way my favorite coffee is Vanilla Beans Latte hot 😋simple but delicious plus the waffle 😋

First time I’ve ever tried you coffee!! That Avalanche frozen coffee was amazing! Keep it up! I’ll be getting another one soon!

Coffee was watery and I was disappointed in the breakfast sandwich. Although it is billed as "made to order" there were definitely not eggs that were freshly prepared - it seemed to be reheated or just-add-water eggs.

We tried this place twice and had the same complaint both times. They have really adventurous drinks, and I really wanted to love this place. But the coffee has tasted burnt in all of our drinks both visits.

I gave them a try today, and I had a bad experience. I got there and was first in line, made my order and waited about 20 mins for my coffee and it wouldn’t come out. After seeing that a lot of people that came after me had already gotten their drink, I went to ask. They lost my ticket and didn’t even know what I’d ordered. The only reason why I’m giving them 2 stars is because the cashier was very nice and friendly.

Unfriendly person at counter seemed irritated that we were ordering. Americano and coffee were both so so.

In response to owner's question: Appreciate your response. We were there on 11/28 at around 7.30 to 8am. Maybe the person at counter was having a bad day.

I love their frozen vanilla latte! Worth checking out if your in the area.

Raleigh needs a franchise like Bigby which is unique it is own menu and atmosphere

Two of the three times I’ve been there the service is very slow for only getting a regular Biggby Best hot brew.

Other than that the coffee is great!
