I originally gave Fiction 2 stars. We checked on here to see if Fiction was open before planning a multi mile walk on the greenway to get coffee. We were disappointed to find it was closed. It looked like a nice coffee shop though. Upon returning we did find a nice space, friendly staff and good coffee.

Must say, excellent, professional staff. Great cappuccino. Plenty of outdoor space to bring the pooches. Great atmosphere and we can walk there on the greenway from our house. I mean.....
There were a couple of comments about drink sizes. I too asked if they could make it larger. I accepted their answer and stance on the size traditional cappuccino. Like one post said it was small but the quality was great. I have paid much more for less quality.

I can't speak to the coffee, but the tea and specialty matcha I ordered were both excellent. The menu had interesting ingredients/combos/syrups that I haven't seen at most other local places. The barista was very friendly and helpful! Chairs are comfortable for working but there's also a lounge area.

So glad we stopped here. Place is cute, plenty of comfy seating. And the coffee!! Omg, so tasty. Full flavor that I keep wanting more of. The barista was friendly and helped us find a new drink to try.

Best Lavender latte I’ve had in Raleigh! I’ve been looking for a good lavender latte in the area and I’ve found it. The ham and cheese croissant is great too.

I go every weekend with my boyfriend. It's my favorite place to get coffee. The syrups are made in store and very delicious! I love the lavender latte and my boyfriend loves the vanilla latte.
