Coffee House Diner

Called to order takeout and repeatedly called till someone answered. Finally someone answered the phone and told me to hold for a minute as I am still on hold for 25 minutes. I can hear them talking about how they hate their jobs and want to walk out. We went down there still on hold and she told us that other people were in front of us after an hour of being on hold with several tables still open. And told us to have a good day and walked away. Management seriously needs to look at who they hire this was ridiculous and I will tell everyone I know to not eat here.

We ate here on our way home. Food was good and staff was stretched beyond your imagination. The staff handled the situation well and the owner should give all of them a bonus. Thank you to all who worked the morning of 7/17/2022. You all were great and I commend you on your dedication.

First time there today, had biscuits and gravy with hash browns YUMMITY! Nice friendly service and atmosphere. I shall return❗

Nice little place to get some pretty good food, we also had great service!

Staff did a wonderful job eventhough they were so short staffed. Bacon was cooked perfectly. Every order in our group was correct, and that seldom happens.

Well 90 grade says it all. Slow service, had to wait for a table. Food was horrible and cold. Evidently the cook can't read my order was wrong. I sent it back they took out the mushrooms that was not supposed to be on my omelet. Really professional about y'alls cooking. 2 people cooking one prepping orders. People setting and waiting for food. Supposed to be fast food that's a JOKE! Waited 30 minutes for a table ok. But didn't tell us a table of 4 that it would be and hour and half wait on food that you can cook in 30 minutes. Service and customer service was a JOKE! Asked waitress how much longer for our food and almost bit my head off. First time and last time there. Where new to the area. And we're not impressed at all with some of the restaurants in the area.

If you like waiting an hour for an egg and cheese biscuit with a side of bacon and egg shells in the egg, then this is the place for you! Staff standing around drinking sodas while food was sitting there waiting to go out and lets not mention the bathrooms...seriously...gross.

Quick , good good, surprised by add on increased to published prices YET this was posted on table.
