It's heaven just walking in. The coffee smells and tastes amazing. Such nice employees too.

Great customer service, very helpful when suggesting drinks, and explaining what's in them. Store's own specialty beans used.

Who knew we could have coffee shops much more special than Starbucks! What goes better with coffee than fine chocolate - perhaps a pastery or dessert or perhaps nothing. And better yet there are seasonal favorites such as a variety of caramel apples with various chocolate dips, too. The vast variety of chocolates are made locally by a family company. Likewise, there are many coffee blends. Feel free to bring your electronic devices and smell the coffee with all the extras you can think of and great chocolates. Enjoy!

Love their coffee and chocolate! I always get the Iced Mocha Latte, sometimes with a flavor. This time I got Irish Cream in my iced mocha and it was delicious 😋 for me it's the perfect mix of sweet and coffee. ❤️ I don't get the decaf because it's too bitter for me so it doesn't taste the same.

They should really stick to fine chocolates and wine. We ordered 2 carmel macchiatos because we wanted to give something other than Starbucks a try and it tasted and looked like chocolate milk. Like no joke, we asked another person in our group to describe the taste without them knowing what it was and they said it was chocolate milk. I never throw away a cup of coffee but unfortunately that day i did. Chocolate was great though and wine selection looked impressive.

This was my first visit to Winans but it won't be my last! I had an iced coffee, which was very good and 2 pieces of delicious, dark chocolate covered caramels. There is a parking area across the street so it was most convenient!

Great coffee, a selection of wines (I don't drink), and a ton of delicious looking chocolates. My mom and I had an hour to kill before our movie started, and we really enjoyed our time here. The staff was friendly and prompt.

When I walked in it was pretty busy so I expected a wait. But when my order got pushed back behind two other orders I started to lose patience. I had to go up and ask about my order which they admitted had been pushed back for no reason. I waited 19 minutes for a hot chocolate. When it was finally ready, they didn't make it with coconut milk as I had paid for. She offered to remake it but by that time I was done waiting and just told her I didn't want it. She didn't even offer a refund. I'm very disappointed, because by the time they finally made my order everyone had left the store and it wasn't even busy and she didn't do anything to accommodate how long I had to wait.

I'm giving a one-star rating because the last several times I've stopped in to buy bulk coffee beans, I actually put the bag back on the shelf and left the store. There was a line of several people ahead of me, moving very slowly because of the lack of staff to efficiently manage the line. Got tired of waiting to just swipe my credit card for a quick purchase. Frustrating to say the least!

I have never had a bad coffee drink here. They were busy but everybody working was polite, efficient, and professional.
