EDIT: I'm reducing a star as I just checked my bank account and they took out funds a week later. This can be a huge issue for people living tightly especially in today's economy when most transactions come out instantly. This is not good business practice and seems sketchy at best.

We were passing through Columbus headed to Pittsburgh and decided to make a coffee stop. I was drawn in by the look and menu. However, upon entering the three of us were invisible to the baristas. I've seen this echoed in other reviews. There should be a warm and welcoming greeting. It took about three minutes for anyone to say hi and ask what we need. In fact, the girl that helped us wasn't even one of the two baristas I saw initially. We got cold brew and a iced double shot. The coffee has good flavor and the vibe is nice just work on the warm and welcoming and you'll get 5 stars every time.

First time customer today! With that being said my overall experience was mediocre. I drive by this place all the time love the look and finally stopped! The coffee was ok, I had a large vanilla latte, which didn’t taste like vanilla at all. I definitely should have probably asked for extra vanilla BUT I didn’t know what to expect being my first time there. I said out loud this was our first time there and the woman working just didn’t seem to be of much help, her whole vibe was pretty uninviting. I get there’s a menu on the counter but as a new customer I was looking forward to hearing recommendations and just more upbeat responses (maybe I’m asking a lot?). Aside from the service and coffee, this won’t stop me from coming back to try something different! Pricing was reasonable in my opinion, as I also purchased the cranberry orange muffin which was the best part of my experience! The muffin was so fresh and flavorful, a must try!

I can't believe this coffee shop has been on W broad st for a while now and I didn't know it! I love checking out new coffee shops specially because I'm a college student and I want to be in a place where I can concentrate and enjoy the environment... and let me tell you this is the best spot. They have private study rooms, delicious empanadas, delicious hot and cold drinks like the Pistachio latte (my new fave), great decor, and a very kind staff. I've have been to five popular cafes in Columbus and let me tell you.. Bottoms Up wins. They even have board games in the shelves if you want to engage with that!

Just went this past weekend for the cotton candy coffee specialty drink. Cotton candy machine was broken. There was no food except for a few pastries as they were "between food vendors". Needless to say we left, no bueno!

One of my favorite Columbus coffee shops. Delicious coffee, awesome atmosphere, and socially-conscious mission! Their empanadas and baked goods are delicious. ☕️🌎❤️

Such a cute little place. Come and get coffee, stay if you want. Use a room if needed.
I totally recommend coming here. It's darling, truly a great working space. Support local.

Had a hot chai latte with oat milk. Was incredibly good. The staff are very friendly as well and prices resemble that of Starbucks. Very much enjoyed my visit here and plan to go back when able!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this coffee shop! The service is top notch and the workers are incredibly kind, especially Bow. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They have some very interesting coffees such as the “Rainy Day Coffee” which comes with cotton candy and a match flight that is DELICIOUS. There are study rooms, lots of natural light, and a peaceful vibe. One of the most unique finds in Columbus.
