Top 10 coffee spots I've ever been to. Great environment, stay as long as you want, being your own food. Coffee is amazing too...

My experience was fine. The coffee was fine. It took kind of a long time, but they were pretty busy so it wasn't upsetting. Their atmosphere is an urban/industrial situation - cool if you're into that, but just barely enough seats for their afternoon crowd, and nothing in place to muffle the ambient noise. It was loud and not an especially comfortable place to hang because of the crowd, but the staff was friendly enough. There was a steady stream of regulars coming through who seem to love the place, so it's definitely worth checking out for yourself to see if it's your jam.
My visit was months pre-coronavirus, so the interior situation may be totally different now.

My first time here at Mission Coffee, mostly because I wanted to enjoy the fresh air. This shop was great for enjoying the warm day because they open the large garage door when it's sunny. I ordered an iced vanilla latte for around $5, which was a perfect balance of coffee flavor and vanilla syrup

Mission is one of my favorite spots in the city. The coffee is fantastic, the space has a nice vibe, and the baristas know what they're talking about while being friendly and keeping the line moving. My first love here is the cold brew... So smooth.

Really chill coffee spot. Stopped in to get a matcha latte and get some work done before heading out of Columbus.
The matcha latte was excellent and prepared very quickly. The service was super friendly which really added to the experience. It seemed like this place was pretty busy when I went in but I was still able to sit in a comfy chair with an outlet which can be super hard to find in some coffee shops these days!

One of the Short North's new most famous roasters, this location has certainly has become a personal favorite that captures my fancy with a vintage drill press -- thank you!. Most coffee establishments warrant an expectation that you will be delivered what is typically exceptional coffee.
Mission Coffee has taken this mandate and delivered unique twists on popular coffee drinks. The new location is a cute, quaint spot with inviting seating, tucked into the heart of the trendy Short North! The very helpful staff (thank you again) has a no-nonsense but friendly approach to delivering outstanding coffee -- on a consistent basis, this location delivers! Those customers who happen to visit at the right moment can watch the roasting process and sip the goodness! Thank you again for believing in the Short North, an ever-changing neighborhood of Columbus!

Ok, so for starters this place has friendly service and the coffee was genuinely good.
However I could not get over the prices. My 10oz iced coffee with almond milk came out to 9$ before tip. That is completely unreal to me. I am a huge supporter of locally owned businesses, ethical and fair trade, etc etc but never in my experience has a single small cup of coffee come out to the same price as a lunch. I know the Short North has some pretty high overhead but this place did not even have air conditioning and was very dark so I'm not sure that's justified either. Its fine, but there's plenty of other coffee places along the strip offering the same thing for a better value.

Still the best coffee in Columbus. You will have to wait, but it is worth it. The cafe is nice and quiet making it a good place to work. One of the few places a proper size and strength of coffee and with the option of oat milk!

I'm not even a huge fan of hipster coffee places but this place has some of the best coffee I've ever tasted. The cold brew is my favorite if you like that sort of thing. Also the staff is really nice, I spilled my cold brew all over myself the last time I was in there. They were cool enough to help clean it up and even gave me about a half glass of cold brew for free since I spilled mine. Thanks so much guys! Anytime I'm in Columbus I'll get my coffee here.

Really fantastic coffee. I had a cold brew and it was great, full of flavor, almost as good as Kyoto. My wife really loved her iced mocha. Great setting for studying or hanging out with a lot of seating and tables and couches.
