One Line Coffee-Franklinton

I had one previous abysmal visit here that was saved only by the amazing barista with blue hair, after this last time I will not be returning. I went to buy a bag of beans and Jackie asked if I needed help, after a short conversation it is clear she knows nothing about the coffee industry and recommended a bag of coffee that was the opposite of what I explained I wanted. It is such a waste of my time and money. Next time I will head to a local coffee shop with a better staff.

Excellent coffee as always. I live in Seattle and when I'm in Columbus this is where I go, it's as good or better than any place at home.

Love this place! Coffee and staff are great. If you're in the mood for breakfast, the burrito is YUM! It's rather large and a good pick to share with a friend.

Erin recommended & made perfect lattes for us. The not-sweet but aromatic ginger snap latte & a tasty maple latte, with choice pastry selections to boot! The shop offers a variety of milk alternatives. They keep later hours on the weekends too, so you can get a lovely evening perk up :)

This is the coffee shop I have been looking for! I would Classify this as a 4th wave coffee shop as they use very high end equipment. I loved seeing a Acaia Orion bean counter and the automatic pour over bar. They are very focused on the fine details of coffee and it shows in the cup! It is a very simple menu and that is the way it should be, coffee is the focus not sugary syrups and nontraditional drinks. I will be back here as this place is now my #1 coffee shop. The only concern is the baristas didn't know much about the beans they were serving and asking how the beans were processed did confuse them.

Great customer service. Clean, neat and relaxing setting. Some chairs are not suitable for people with knee and hip joint ailments😞, however, I DEFINITELY look forward to going there again 😀!

I'm going to really miss One Line when I leave Ohio. It has a great coffee but more importantly a great atmosphere. Wish I had time to stop in and try one of those unique beer flavors.

Good coffee and a nice environment, but you only get two hours of wifi before you have to pay for it, even if you’ve made a purchase. as someone who goes to coffee shops to do work I honestly found this kind of frustrating and probably won’t go back.
