Don't bother pre ordering. I ordered a drip coffee around 12:30, not their busiest time, to pick up. It took almost an hour. And even then, only because I showed up and prodded them. Go elsewhere if you value your time. There are other local roasters/coffee houses.
They used to be the grand dame of Columbus Coffee. Now they're not even the best coffee shop in Grandview. Service is slow and often unpleasant, beans are consistently over roasted, tea selection has shrunk. There are better options within a mile in any direction, and at this point, that includes the green monster at 33 and Grandview Ave. And it really is a shame because they used to have more people working there, and the people there cared about coffee, tea, and their customers.

Great selection of coffee, great and friendly staff who are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about coffees, regions and flavor profiles.

I love this little local coffee roaster. Coffee is high quality and wide variety. Good items on the menu too. However, the place is always crowded and honestly feels a little neglected. I think they have slipped from quirky local coffee shop vibe into just spending no effort on taking care of the place. Not asking for a brand new "fake" feel - just take care of it a little more! Bathrooms are usually pretty messy, the bay windows haven't been cleaned up in years, and the main seating area feels chaotic - floor needs repaired/updated and the tables and chairs are pretty beat up and often wobbly. I love the eclectic feel of the place, but there is a difference between character and poor maintenance. Plus, they might want to look into a little different layout. Any time the front counter gets busy, the staff has to spend time asking people not to gather too tightly to wait to order or get their drinks due to fire code. You guys are great, but you could be better.

This is my favorite coffeehouse in Columbus by far. It embodies the true sense of a third place that coffeehouses are supposed to and this is the only one I've found in Columbus that does that.
I try to visit Stauf's every time I come to Columbus. A huge bonus for me personally is that it's in the neighborhood where I lived 50 years ago.

Coffee is not that great. It’s really so so. The customer service is horrible! Walked in said hi to one of the female employees, she didn’t respond and gave me a annoyed look. Walked up to the counter to order.. there was 4 girls just standing around talking. I waited for about 15-20 seconds, before one of them addressed me. All the employees seemed very grumpy. Never was greeted. First time and last time here. I can over pay for coffee some where else.

Cozy coffee shop vibe and very clean. The food is delicious and the staff is efficient at getting to customers quickly and preparing the food. Plus, free Wi-Fi and outdoor seating.

This place is amazing. Probably the first coffee shop my family frequented growing up. They're locally owned and operated. They take care of their employees and stand with them. They operate a few different locations which I've been to most of them. They are consistent, they support the local community and vulnerable populations. I cannot say enough wonderful things.

The selection of flavored coffees is amazing. You can get beans, custom ground, or custom brewed while you wait. The bakery goods are always a good pairing with their fresh coffee. The staff are always helpful.

The coffee tasted pretty good. I got a cold brew. Location was nice, in a charming, walkable neighborhood.
The interior of the coffee shop is quite spacious. Aesthetically it’s very appealing.
Service was meh. Barista was not that friendly. I totally understand it’s difficult working in the service industry during covid. However, when you are an out of towner excited to get a taste of the local dining/etc it’s a little discouraging when you feel like you are a bother.
I don’t mean to complain, again, I totally totally get it and everyone has bad days and moments.
In conclusion: coffee tasted great, great atmosphere. Old, beautiful, wooden floors. Very rustic. I’d definitely go back.

Great service, very supportive of the local community and Columbus in general. Their food is amazing, I personally loved the Denver Omelette and their Carrot Cake/carrot Cake Cupcakes, and I hope to try more of their food! It can get a bit crowded at times, but there has been a few spots available each time I've gone. Oh, and their service is prompt and upfront as well!
