Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

I had my french coffee(Not sure the exact name because the name was too big like my Lastname :P)

However, it was the best coffee I ever had which made with chicory roots. They had given me the sample prior placing an order and wasn’t it cute and sweet?

Omg, don’t want to forget the staff , she is the best with her smiley face 😊

Ambience was like amazing and clean with green

Updated review: if you're not going to provide paper towels in the bathroom, then you need to provide a way to exit the bathroom without touching anything...

Also the straws are SUPER long. Like knock your drink over long. Only one size for all drinks

Very pleasant variety of drinks, fast service, and plenty of space. The parking situation usually leaves something to be desired.

Friendly staff, with lots of unique options for drinks. This location sometimes has gluten-free bakery items, but they do sell fast.

The drinks were very good and as soon as we walked in the door the workers were very helpful and trying to find out what we wanted to order. The staff was willing to walk a step by step through the menu. They also bring in food from local vendors in the area which look delicious. Prices were right on par of what they should be.

The owners are mean, the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. The drinks are good, but not good enough to keep coming here if the owners don’t learn better customer service. The rest of the staff does great, not sure why they can’t follow suit.

My Vietnamese Au Lait was perfect! Delicious cup of coffee. At the Polaris location, the menu is very hard to see from where you place your order and the cashier seemed annoyed with me walking back and forth.

We came here on 3/21/21 and were very disappointed in how we were treated by one of the baristas. We were scolded and treated like schoolchildren. Sweetwaters has great coffee, but we will not be back.

Great drinks, helpful baristas

Their Great Pumpkin Latte is the best Pumpkin (spice) latte I've ever had! My wife concurs! Chill atmosphere and food is locally sourced (where applicable). We will be back when I'm Columbus.
