Let me start by saying that I've been going to this coffee shop ever since they opened. Being a small business owner myself, I really try hard to support and buy local. But with that being said, I think after today I'm done. I don't ask for much but a simple "Hello" or "Good Morning" goes a long way. I get it, sometimes you get busy, slammed, and it can be hard to personally greet every customer. But today, I walked in the front door, see about 8 people sitting at tables. There is no customer at the counter. The young man behind the counter is literally whistling while he works. Good sign. I walk past him expecting him to take a brief whistle break just to say Hello. Nothing. I get to the counter and see another man wrapping up in the kitchen. He comes out. Walks right past me. Still no greeting, no acknowledgement of ANY kind. At this point I'm super tempted just to walk out because now I feel like I'm purposely being ignored. For what? For being a Customer?? Finally he sidles up to the counter and immediate asks "what can I get you?". Wow. So you don't want to say hello or anything? Anything? So I order my black coffee (I like to keep it simple), he pours it and puts it on the counter. That's it. Nothing else. Oh, I forgot to mention that I even left a tip because I genuinely try to be supportive of local, that's what I want done for me but I'm done. I've had too many rude receptions from this place for too long. I can and will find another local spot to support. Can't say I didn't try.

Great atmosphere and coffee is one of the best around. The Milky Way mocha seems to be a favorite, but it did not disappoint. They offer bagels as their breakfast sandwich of choice. Staff wasn't very friendly, but they're also very busy on Saturday mornings. Great place to enjoy coffee and get some work done. Cute Grove City town center view as well.

I live in Hilliard and wanted to try a new coffee shop to work out of. Coffee Connections in Hilliard has been closed for renovations so I needed a new spot! First, it is in a very cute part of Grove City. I had never been to this area before and it is super nice, with lots of little shops and restaurants around. Second, it has huge windows in the front so plenty of natural light (that is super important to me when I'm working!). There are also these great cozy arm chairs right by the window which are perfect. I got a bagel sandwich on an asiago bagel (yum) and a build your own latte. No complaints there. Not overly sweet and strong espresso. Perfect. There's also outdoor seating out front which is shaded in the morning- super nice. I probably would have sat out front if I didn't have to charge my computer. This is definitely worth the 15 minute drive for me! Highly recommend.

I got exactly what I was expecting. A specialty coffee shop with a small town feel. I got the Brutus coffee and it's delicious. Not too sweet, not too bitter. Just perfect.
The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. Staff is polite and courteous. If you enjoy coffee this is definitely worth a stop.

Everyone I know comes here. Great drinks and atmosphere, though I really wish their wifi was more reliable so I could work here longer.

Update August 2022:
Staff has greatly improved in knowledge and experience. They are not always the most efficient but it’s usually worth the wait. They have a nice selection of drinks and great seating options inside and out.
Nice space and good coffee but the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Many drink orders were forgotten/lost and I waited over 20 minutes for two drinks.

Let me start this off by saying I at least enjoyed my drink both times I have been. Tasted great, however, both times I have been the customer service was so off putting I will not be going back. I understand we are in a pandemic and times are hard, but at the end of the day you still have to offer decent customer service. The gentleman behind the counter( the same person that was not friendly AT ALL the first time I was there ) was loudly speaking to another customer/ friend that he was annoyed how busy they were on New Years Eve. While we stood waiting in line, he had this friend write a sign stating they were closing early at 1:00 pm and would be to-go orders only from that point on. This was at 11:35 am. He never once even spoke to us… I had to blurt my order out loud after greeting him because he never spoke to me then he just starting slamming stuff around while making my order. I know people have bad days, but this is the second time and I was more than friendly and understanding.

This is one of my favorite coffee places in The Columbus metro area. Jace the head barista can really make a drink to order and the staff is generally very friendly. One suggestion I would like to make to the owner is to play up the name of the coffee shop and play some ambient meditative videos like a video of coy fish pond or waterfalls on the TV rather than Is daytime talk shows.

Honestly LOVE this place. The buckeye coffee is AMAZING, if you love peanut butter you gotta try it. Iced or hot. The Milky Way is also a favorite! The prices are much better then typical big name coffee shops. The workers are always friendly and they even have some delicious baked goodies. Nice place to come and chill out or study while you enjoy some coffee
