We loved the donuts and coffee HOWEVER given the situation of the world, also given that there is a statewide mask mandate, I can't believe that no one that worked at Jitters wore a mask. The mask is a respectful thing to do for customers especially those of us in the higher risk age group. Plus employees are not protecting themselves. After leaving Jitters, my wife and I made a pledge to not support businesses that don't respect us and that don't follow State guidelines and recommendations of medical professionals. I would hope that they would do the right thing....but it is apparent that they don't. Just disappointed.

Worst place ever. It would be a good place to start a coffee shop. The donuts were good. Took forever to get our coffee and even longer for the pastries. Couldn't get a refill on the coffee. Will never go back

I just recently moved to Millersburg from NY an I thought dunkin coffee was good but it doesn't even come close to jitters mocha!! I'll be going back every chance I get now!!đŸ˜‰ Keep up the great service!!

Love this place. There is plenty of seating and the service is fast friendly and efficient. The coffee drinks are delicious. We live the wholesome atmosphere and the friendly staff.

Drove all the way from Columbus to see what this shop was about. Excellent coffee, in house donuts, wifi available, and friendly service. Quiet enough for studying or reading a book at the time of this review, Sat. 8:35 am yet business kept flowing.

Nice little coffee shop. Diverse menu. Very large chicken salad sandwich. Had chicken and dumpling soup. A little doughy. Saliva turkey sandwich. Very good. Nice big cookies. Can sit and chat. Nice atmosphere
