Winans Chocolates + Coffees

Excellent coffee, atmosphere and great location.

I generally frequent this location 3x a week at minimum, but went in today March 20th, and left with the most unflattering customer service experience, I've experienced in quite some time. There was a young lady working "brunette" that needs a lesson or 20 in how to treat customers. Please address this issue. The customer service department could use some TLC, Stat. Kind regards.

Stopped after my doctor's appointment at uvmc hospital and got a medium cup of Winans Brew coffee with cream. This is the second time I have gotten Bad Coffee there at the hospital. It was old and tasted like mud water and the cream couldn't even turn the color of it at all. Poured it down the sink when I got home. I like fresh coffee!!!

A great place to grab coffee on the go or to sit and enjoy a cup with friends. Every drink I've gotten has been wonderful! Their chocolates and treats are unique and make great quality gifts.

My in-laws recently moved to the area and introduced us to this place. The coffee was great, and they sent us home with a gift box of chocolates for Christmas. They taste amazing. The staff members were kind and full of smiles. I hope we can make an extra stop here whenever we come up to visit!

Delicious smells, drinks and treats. The owner really takes pride in picking the best ingredients. The coffee is amazing. Also love the building's looks and construction design, there is a chocolate and candy factory on sight with antique equipment you can view from a window in the shop while you enjoy you delectable beverage and chocolates, etc. Wonderful place for gifts!
