5 Bean Coffee was great. I stopped in here for a meeting, had some amazing coffee and some great customer service. Olivia was a huge help in selecting the right drink and answering questions. Thanks for providing such a friendly atmosphere!

Very friendly happy people. Their many options for flavors are awesome. Especially to have sugar free syrup options is terrific. I'm not diabetic or need to watch my sugar but I know many people love the options of sugar free and still enjoy something sweet either if they need sugar free or just want it as an option. Has a drive through too if in a hurry, but inside is nice with homemade candles/cups made by local people to sell.

I am actually not much of a coffee drinker, but my sister and my niece needed a midday pick-me-up so they searched for local coffee spots in the area we were traveling and we stopped here. My sister had a matcha latte, my niece had the buckeye blitz, and I had the vanilla cream latte. I tasted them all 🤣🤣🤣 and they were all yummy!

The coffee is excellent. Service is great and fast. The letter board is a nice touch. Fairly priced, definitely worth my 15min drive to get there. : )

Their frozen buckeye blitz is delicious and they are always so friendly! They even put smileys on your lid to put a smile on your face.

I have now gone here a few times and every single time I am impressed! Their barista's are always very friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile. The coffee is always top notch too. My personal favorite is the five bean latte with whatever flavor I feel that day. A must for any coffee lover!

First time being here. It is really small and intimate, you can here everyones convo. But the coffee was really good.

Great coffee! Even better than mainstream popular places.

I was traveling and when I do I normally bring my own coffee. Unfortunately I was gone for so long I ran out. I normally hate dunkin and Starbucks. So my brother suggested this place. It was a half hour out of our way but it did not stop me from going back twice and the 2nd time I almost got 2 coffees made cuz I wouldn't have time to go back for my afternoon coffee. But this place did not disappoint me at all. The girls were super sweet every time I went. Highly recommend this place

Been going to this shop for years, and not because I like their coffee. I would go there because I try to support local business. Waited patiently in line for 21 minutes for 7 cars ahead of me. Order 1 simple latte. Got up to the window and was COMPLETELY IGNORED by the girl at the window. Had to wait at least another minute while she took the order for the car behind me...still without acknowledgement from the attendant that she saw I was waiting. When I asked her why she made me wait she said, "Everyone had to wait for you.". Wow! Then she suggested I never come back! Wow! Of course, the owner believes her employees that claim I "screamed" at the girl. I had three children in my car. I was not about to scream and upset them. Apparently, raising your voice in irritation is screaming? I did go back to get a refund, and was told by the staff inside never to return as well! Long story short, after a return call from the owner, my suggestion for how to handle customers was responded with, "Am I back in school that you need to tell me how to handle my store?"!!! Well, she lost several long-year customers over this. All I asked for was an acknowledgement at the window and an apology for my wait time. These folks need to realize that some of their customers may have less patience that day because they just found out someone they love has cancer, or maybe they forgot to take their medication that morning, or maybe they just lost a loved one...any number of things. And all they wanted was one cup of coffee to face their day. Customer service is a dying art. Sad. And, as you can see by the owner's response, she has no concern for her customers. I was in no way asking her to change her procedure. I was only asking for an apology from her...which she NEVER gave. She only defended her staff. When I pulled up to the window, the girl at the window never acknowledged me, made me wait even longer in order to wait for the person behind me that was apparently ordering the store. I would have been perfectly fine, but NO acknowledgement from the girl at the window when I pulled up, NO APOLOGY from her, just AWFUL! Then the girl at the window told that if I wasn't happy just don't come back! So I said I wouldn't...except I DID go back to get my money back!!! How awful of me!! Wow. I went to Starbucks the other day. I waited for like two minutes in line for the car in front of me. The girl at the window apologized for my "wait". I told her NO PROBLEM!! THAT is how it works! You can understand now why 5 Bean employees have zero clue on how to handle a customer...their owner is clueless. I tried.
