BIGGBY COFFEE

first time here, i have no complaints. everyone was nice, food came out in seconds…literally! i got a mocha mocha and surprisingly i didn’t ask for sugar because i don’t like a dark mocha. i’ll be back for more drinks, i don’t like frozen coffee drinks but i’ll try them from here. sorry for the half eaten bagel sandwich, i forgot to take the picture before i started. i tried it with cream cheese. i will be coming back to this location

I've been home visiting for a week now and this has been my go-to study spot. The bragels are great! The coffee and lattes are amazing! And the people who work there are so warm, inviting, and friendly! I definitely recommend!

I went here today. There was three workers behind the counter talking to someone I guess use to work there. I place my order for a coffee and a sausage bagel. I went to the restroom and came back and got my coffee. I don't know what happened to one of the workers because it was two in the front. I guess the routine is one make the drinks and one make the bagels, etc. But basically the guy just taking orders and the girl made the drinks but instead of her stopping or him stopping to complete my order. I'm standing there 10 minutes and never got my sausage bagel because I left. My time important I'm not just going to sit there and no one is making an attempt to complete my order.

I like the bagels 🥯. The coffee was good too. It has dining in and out. The location is good and there’s parking.

I loved everything thing that I ordered yesterday. The asaigo cheese bagel was perfectly toasted and delicious 🤤. I also ordered macaroons because I never had them before and I fell in love, my favorite is the raspberry and vanilla. I work at Starbucks and I rarely drink coffee I didn't make but I enjoyed both my caramel cold brew and the lissa Lucisious white chocolate + raspberry 🥴. Might order again today.

Unfortunately the Bigsby's location at Shaker Square was closed during what would normally be regular business hours. Apparently due to staffing issues they're only open until 1:00 in the afternoon.
A nearby Bigsby's location at Fairmont Circle adjacent to the John Carroll campus seems to be busy all the time.
I believe Bigsby's made a terrible error in judgment and moving into the Shaker Square space that was formerly occupied by Dewey's. Shaker Square / Larchmere is a unique funky little neighborhood and the previous coffee shop there was a perfect fit, comfortable, relaxing and uniquely decorated.
Bigsby's on the other hand is not only a very sterile unwelcoming environment by comparison, but when Dewey's left they took the ice cream and popcorn with them as well.
I can't imagine the Bigsby's is viable in Shaker Square and I would certainly like to see a new coffee shop that is more suited to the neighborhood take over the space.

The place is fine but the menu text on the wall is too small and also doesn't have everything on it, so you have to spend more time reading the menu on the counter, taking up more time. There also isn't cream, sugar etc. For customers to handle themselves, requiring the staff to stop making drinks to add more to yours.

I would chose BIGGBY over Starbucks any day. Their espresso has such good flavor in all the lattes.

I come here daily. Always great drinks, never had one I dont enjoy!

Quick stop, grabbed two drinks and a pastry, inexpensive and easy.
