Crimson Cup Coffee Shop - Tallmadge

I love their coffee! It always tastes fresh no matter the time of day. The staff is amazingly friendly. The white chocolate raspberry scones are to die for!! Definitely a great place to have in Tallmadge.

My husband went yesterday Wednesday October 5th. In the Morning to buy me a pumpkin Spice latte.
I can NOT Drive right now. Health Reasons.
My husband asked for HALF of the pumps of pumpkin syrup; but it had all of the pumps of pumpking syrup.
When he arrived home; I tasted but it was too strong for me and I Did NOT DRINK IT.
I put it on my fridge. My husband was going to take me back to asked for another coffee But he got busy working & he couldn't.

As mentioned in another review skip mobile ordering. This store need to recognize the reasons behind mobile ordering. A person goes in a drive through expecting some what of a wish . A person orders mobile to get the food/ drink before the drive through line. Your locations prioritizes the drive through customers and if I would have know they would have take every single care before even looking at my order I wouldn't have done it. I understand you are "busy" but honestly I've been to a Starbucks that does way more volume than here And the line is wrapped around the building and they still understand and prioritize the mobile orders as they know the reason. You guys continue until there is no line to do mobile orders instead of having one person make all the orders and the other be the face of the window, try and multitask and have the window opener greet say one moment and then make a mobile order while their partner hand them the drink when she was done making it. It's all about balance and this location fails to show that. (Also changed your scone recipe so it leaves an odd film in your mouth lol)

I love this place. It's a calm and peaceful environment where I can focus on work and actually be productive. The staff is genuine, always willing to help and answer questions. It's such a good time. The drinks are incredible, and the prices are reasonable. I come here as often as I'm able.

Good food, wonderful coffee, great atmosphere, and friendly staff.

I really wanted to like this place, I really did. I don’t live in the area but this place has promising pictures and reviews…so I don’t know if I came on an off-day or something? The employees were kind & sweet & helpful. They were incredible.
The coffee though? I’m sorry, but it tastes awful. My latte is basically badly flavored milk, I can’t even taste the coffee & the drink is whiter than I am..I don’t even know if there’s coffee really in it. My husbands black coffee doesn’t have any real flavor except for being extremely watered down. And the lid doesn’t fit the cup so coffee was dripping all over the car.
Again, maybe we just came on an off-day or something. It seems like a cool looking place with great employees. Just very disappointed in the drinks.

I went to Dunkin one morning and the line was way too long so I thought I’d try this place.... let’s just say I’m not going to dunkin anymore. The coffee is way more flavorful in my opinion. They are quick, very nice and that crimson mocha is killer.

I love this place, I feel like they have the grasp in coffee and tea I wish other places had. The drinks are excellently made, taste great and have a very good price. Also every employee I have interacted with have been extremely kind and helpful.

We got a frozen drink and a hot drink, I have to say that the frozen drink is very smooth and has the right about of sweetness still being about to get enough of the coffee taste to it and same goes with the hot drink. Also the drinks don't leave a weird texture like how Starbucks does. The hot drink is the right temperature to not burn your tongue off so you could enjoy its silky-smooth texture. They're both very delicious and would definitely come back for more.

I visited in the morning to study for an exam and the atmosphere was perfect. There is plenty of seating and every table I saw had a dedicated outlet. The decor is modern and cute and everything was clean. The barista was really patient with my indecision while ordering. They have great latte flavor options and have oatmilk as a milk alternative. The breakfast sandwich wasn't spectacular, but was worth it for the price. I look forward to trying their bakery items next time.
