Updating my review from 1 ⭐️ up to 4 ⭐️ because after my initial review, the owners took the time to reach out, apologize, and explain why my upsetting experience happened and followed up with a free drink.
Thus providing satisfactory customer experience!

The best coffee shop! I absolutely love the people, coffee, atmosphere, and vision here. You much check this place out!

Their only downside is that they are so good, there's usually a wait, but always a quick turnaround by very friendly staff.

Love their coffee ☕ Caramel Craze or KC cookie latte. Yum yum 😋 but honestly nothing we've tried there has disappointed. The Espresso Bean Muffins are amazing 😋 We usually take it to go, but it's a nice environment to stay a while. The bakery next door offers great items to munch on or take home.

My favorite local coffee place. We love to stop here when in town. They have coffees, teas, some bottled drinks, cheesecake slices, and sometimes other treats. The employees are the best, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Awesome and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly. Pleasant atmosphere. Food was good, but all prepackaged. Pricing was well worth it.

BEST COFFEE EVER. And omg their recent Drink of the Month, the Apple Pie Chai Latte, tasted EXACTLY like apple pie. My husband, whom is not a big fan of coffee and only likes sweet tea, tried my Chai latte and he was absolutely mind blown! He couldn't believe how much it tasted like apple pie 😄 My favorite drink of the month from here is the hot S'mores coffee. They use a special ingredient to make it taste EXACTLY like a toasted marshmellow. Like how are these guys so creative with coffee??? They're like the Bob's Burgers of coffee 🤣🥰 Definitely go support this business over Starbucks. You will not be disappointed! Nothing but quality and the staff are so kind and love what they do :)

Went on a Sunday morning; only the drive thru was open until 10am which was disappointing. However, the coffee was really good, as were the sweet treats we tried, and the line moved at a good rate. I would recommend going when the dining room is open for your first visit, as the drive thru menu board is minimal which makes knowing what is available difficult.

Scammers who don't honor their prices/coupons on the Wilmington schools saving pass. I bought several passes simply bc Kairos was on it! Big waste of time and money!
