Long line, new store, to be expected.
Always get just a plain cup of coffee at new spots just to see if their base products are good. Unfortunately the coffee seems lacking, a little too thin on the amount of coffee used. In other words, not much flavor there. It'll be fine for all the flavored drinks I'm sure.
Will I go back? Not worth the wait in a long line. No, I will not go back for that wait. If not busy? Probably to try one of the flavored drinks. I mean you're getting your Expresso or whatnot for the addition to the coffee, not for the flavor of the coffee, right? LoL

I love coming here ever since they opened this location! Was a little disappointed this time around as I watched the person taking orders skip my car 3 times. After making the person aware they apologized and took my order. Wish they were more organized when taking orders. Bad enough the wait time is long, I don’t want to wait extra just because.

Its coffee, nothing too special. got an iced caramelizer or however yall spell it. little bit too sweet and too much mocha, the actual coffee taste was good. price is expected for overrated coffee joints. long line, long wait times. but nice employees, may go back if the line is shorter.

Can I give 0 stars based on this service? The few times that I've come here they have pushed me to the furthest lane, only to take the order from 3-5 cars behind me. In addition to having other people skip the line, they make you wait an additional 10 mins. The employees are rude and don't want to take the time to understand why it's unfair to take customers in the orders they have received. They had a nasty attitude. This is the last time that I will be coming here. Train your employees better and if you're going to have to lean learn from Chick-fil-A on the proper order.

Everyone was so nice and the line was sooo long, but that didn’t even matter, by the time we actually pulled up to the line someone was there to give us a mini menu and by the time we decided there was someone ready with a tablet to take our order! Very similar experience to a Chick-fil-A with the kindness and effectiveness of their service!! 10/10

I think it is very humiliating to have a worker ask for tip through the Drive thru. It is also extremely awkward to say “NO TIP” out loud with the worker right in front of your face. Is this what society has come to now, asking for tip at the drive thru. What am I supposed to do now, if I tip here, how is it equality for the Chick Fil A workers that also work in the heat but never ask for tip. Dutch bros should pay their workers more and change their policy on asking for tip in the drive thru. Disgusting
