Severely understaffed for weekend brunch. 90+ min wait after ordering food, and this was after waiting an hour to be seated. To be fair the staff were friendly and the food was decent. If you want brunch on a weekend I’d recommend trying somewhere else for the time being.

Coffee and food usually good to great. Friendliness good. Speed of Service is usually abysmal.

Walked in on a Saturday morning 9:30am. Place was packed. Took forever to order. Took forever to get coffee. Then my Flat Whites came out and it was more of a cup of warm milk with a splash of coffee. Not good. Walked out at 9:55!
The place is not run well or efficiently.
Good place when it’s not busy. Otherwise go somewhere else for better service.

Out of towners looking to have one last breakfast with our relatives. Stood and waited for over a half hour. Tables had opened up and were just sitting there. The problem was that there werent enough chairs. We were trying to work with the staff by saying we were okay by grabbing one of the chairs from the outside. The waitress said no that it "went against the policy." After several more minutes of being jerked around, while my aunt with cancer was getting more and more frustrated, we took our business to Ihop.

Showed up at 6:30am when it is advertised that they open, sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes and still no one had opened. There were two people in the back doing prep work, but the lights in the restaurant were still off and the stools had yet to be set up. I’m fine if you don’t want to open until 7 or later, but don’t advertise 6:30 if you can’t deceiver. Was looking forward to coffee and breakfast, but no luck.

Met a friend for coffee. Very nice, quiet atmosphere with exceptional service. We did not eat off the brunch menu but lots of options there. The hot peppermint tea was very good!

Great customer service. I really like the list of tea selections. If you enjoy trying unique teas, you will love their selection. Also their next door “Fine Wine - Spirits” shop has a great selection as well!
