I really like this diner/restaurant. The staff is friendly and there is feel of community. Whenever I visit we started having at least one meal here. Would recommend :)

The server here was very sweet. It was pretty basic greasy diner food as we expected. The veggie omelet was unexpectedly delicious. They are practicing social distancing here very well and taking down names and numbers voluntarily for contract tracing if anything is reported.

I am humbled by this community of Baker Oregon. We broke down at midnight. And patiently waited until 7 then went to this quaint cafe. Clean, and speedy service. Andrea waited on us and graciously helped us and in an unexpected and unbelievable way. Thank you Andrea! I’m still so shocked at how wonderful this community has treated us. Thank you for not only making us a great breakfast but for really helping us make back on the road safely. 🖤

Had the huckleberry French toast and it was yummy! It looked like they had only 1 cook so we waited a bit, but totally understandable. If we ever make it back to Baker City definitely will visit here again.

The food is delicious! But don't take any coffee - it tastes like somebody washed the floor and you drink this water after...

I’m super bummed I didn’t take any pictures, but we were very impressed with the food here! We ordered the burger special, country fried steak breakfast, and kids macaroni and cheese for $35. Hands down best burger I’ve had in years!!
Our server was super sweet and the staff was very friendly considering we came in 10 minutes before closing after traveling all day.
Definitely recommend and definitely will return if we are in the area again. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful local diner. Stopped on my way to Seattle from Boise for breakfast. They offer gluten free french toast and pancakes but I opted for an omelette and side of bacon. Great food, clean, comfortable and friendly service. I will stop again!

Food was delicious, so glad we stopped in here for lunch on our way through town!!

Excellent! Inviting atmosphere, low prices, yummy food.
We stopped for lunch as we were traveling through, the outside doesn't look like much, but as far as ranking restaurants goes curb appeal isn't super important to me. The cafe is very casual and comfortable, you seat yourself. Lots of burger, sandwich, and breakfast options. Kid friendly menu, we were offered crayons to color on the kids menus. Cute and clean restrooms, although the doors to the bathrooms are quite narrow, I doubt they'd be wheelchair accessible.
Overall, my family had a wonderful experience here and we hope to return whenever we are passing through again.
