The Human Bean

Giving 5 stars based off of coffee. Their cold brew is the best I’ve ever had! I also got one of their breakfast sandwiches (the tree hugger), eggs were precooked and came as a square on the sandwich. I was very underwhelmed from the sandwich, not worth the money.

This place has best coffee made by the best baristas ever, they always make my morning! Thank you to Taylor, Jezza, Victoria, Cee Cee, Natalie, Jasmine and the rest of the crew! Oh and Ava also!

Everyone is super cheerful and nice. I've been getting coffee since this location opened. I believe everybody knows my choice of coffee when I pull up to the drive-through. It makes my day every morning. They even remembered my birthday! Super thankful to everyone there.

We go to human bean 4 x’s a week, today (6/26) Sunday at 630 pm (store closes at 7 pm) I was told that “the shake machine is shut down unfortunately at 630” so the 2 drinks I was going to order I couldn’t because the 3 girls standing around behind the counter weren’t able to turn on the shake machine. Hi owners u should close at 630 then if this is your policy!!
Customer service is hit & miss, we typically get frozen hot chocolate all the way up to 7.

I have worked for the human bean in Medford prior to transferring to this location. The manager does not have consistency with making drinks and free pours all sryps. However that isn’t the most prominent issue at this stand.

The owner, Aly, is more concerned with making quick money over letting her employees take breaks. In the time I worked there I never received any breaks and was not allowed because we were “short staffed.” She continuously forces people to close the stand by themselves even after multiple break-ins.
Rather than replying to this review with the same copy and paste note of “how can we make this a 5 star review “ please reply with the human resources phone number.

The Human Bean has become my go to coffee shop with how consistently fast they are with my order. I love a good specialty coffee about once a week and Human Bean is never too busy, nor are they slow. The service tends to be genuine and helpful too if I am ever struggling to pick something out.

My go to drink has become the Vanilla Mocha and I love how every hot drink order comes with a chocolate covered coffee bean. My only feedback would be to list more drinks on the menu. I feel like there are plenty of drinks that can be ordered that aren’t on the menu.

Better then Dutch would sell my souls for there coffee

Coffee is fine, customer service is good too. Only things I really dislike are they have practically no shade, so doing anything on your laptop is fairly difficult when the sun is glaring off of your screen and also in your eyes. The other thing I don't like is the seats and atmosphere are not cozy nor comfy whatsoever.
