I've been to Happyrock a few times, and I adore the vibe and the people working. They have creative espresso drinks, which is something I'm always on the lookout for. They've been flexible with my customization (smaller size, less sweet, etc.) and are always fun to visit.

I love this place soooo much, I want to give it 5 stars! However, the indoor seating is very uncomfortable and the "Portland funky" decor is mostly just garbage, which makes the atmosphere somewhat uninviting. Also would really help if the menu told you what's in the drinks, not just the names. That said, the staff is so amazing and I love the "Jamie's Favorite" (some kind of magical cinnamon and honey latte). I guess a true local gem would not be complete without a little rough around its edges.

Visited a friend in Gladstone recently and the coffee was excellent. I will definitely visit here again next time I am in town.

Great place, been going here for sometime. I walk in with my military outfit and the employees are always welcoming. Great coffee, even my friends from Ohio buy from their wedsite. Can't wait to go back

Happyrock is a cozy little coffee shop that I've been going to for about a year now. The employees are friendly and the customers generally are too! There's plenty to look at as they like to collect all sorts of odds and ends which really adds to the home-y atmosphere. If you go here, I recommend the cheddar bagels with chive cream cheese!

Happyrock has been one of my favorite things about spending time in Oregon. They offer a variety of beverages, I really liked the Jaw Grinder!
The shop is cute and cozy while the back patio has a small garden and interesting decor to enjoy.

Usually great, but once I ordered a lavender mocha and I was not only charged more than the price listed, but also served the wrong drink, I would have asked about it but I was too nervous... Otherwise, this place is awesome and it was just that one bad experience! It would be 5 stars though!

If you're looking for the best coffee that also supports local small businesses this is the place. I have enjoyed happyrock coffee for at least 10 years. I love that many items they make in house. I also am proud of the many awards happyrock roasting has won over the years. It is exciting and special to see your favorite local place grow and get the recognition it deserves. Thank you for all your hard work over the years and all you've done to keep us safely caffeinated during this crazy pandemic

Great coffee, terrible hours. I can't reliably get their beans from a grocery store either. I try to keep it local, and they do an excellent job, but it's so hard to just give them money-for-goods that I'll have to find some other brand.

Love the staff, love the coffee and can't think of a better place to sit with a book and a latte than in the courtyard. It is a special treat when I catch the owner and roaster Lisa behind the counter. Gladstone (HappyRock) is fortunate to have her and her fabulous roasting skills. Best coffee in the Portland metropolitan area.
