Manaia Coffee House and Island Grill - Hillsboro

I have only gone here once, the burrito I had was fantastic. The staff where polite, and patient with a new comer as well. My only gripe was watching meter maids surveying around this corner like crazy.

Manaia is one of my favorite lunch spots! The food and coffee are outstanding, the atmosphere is always relaxed, and the family and staff running things are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Quick service. Freshly grilled meats, and an overall positive and delicious experience! Will be back!

Across the street from the Washington county courthouse. A nice courtroom break with island music and great tasting island food. Don't be fooled by the menu, there's more food on the plate than you expect.

Best coffee in the area but also excellent rice bowls and breskfast burritos. Family owned and run by some of the nicest people you will ever meet!

I like that they have a "half portion" option. All orders you get a choice of macaroni, potato, or leafy greens salad along with rice, stir fried veggies and choice of meat. Half portion is $6.95.

This place is so far my favorite out of everything in Hillsboro area. The food is fresh and love the price. If you are in the neighborhood and looking for some Hawaiian food, go to Manaia.

So I haven't tried much from this place but I can say without a shadow of a doubt, their iced macha green tea is soooooooo amazingly good. Creamy and sweet and....green teaish. Also, u gotta try the pineapple cake.
